●3g三(sān)螺杆泵(bèng)工作原理:

　　型三螺(luó)杆3g泵(bèng)是轉(zhuǎn)子(zǐ)型容積(jī)泵，适于輸(shū)送各種不含固體顆(kē)粒，無腐蝕(shí)性油類及(jí)類似(sì)油的(de)潤滑(huá)性液(yè)體、輸送液(yè)體粘度2~760mm2/s，溫(wēn)度(dù)不超過(guò)80℃,超過(guò)80℃可用高溫泵3gw型(xíng)。3 g type is three screw pump rotor type positive displacement pump, is suitable for conveying various not containing solid particles, non-corrosive oil lubricity and similar oil liquid, conveying liquid viscosity was 2 to 760 / s, temperature not over 80℃, more than 80℃high temperature pump available 3 gw type.

   3g型(xíng)三(sān)螺杆(gǎn)具有多種結構(gòu)，一般小流(liú)量泵襯(chèn)套(tào)和泵體合(hé)為一個(gè)，可(kě)以卧式和(hé)立式(shì)安裝(zhuāng)。進油(yóu)口方(fāng)向可(kě)相隔(gé)90°任意安裝(zhuāng)，軸封多數為機(jī)構密(mì)封。中等流(liú)量以上泵，襯套為一個(gè)單獨的零件固定(dìng)于泵體内，螺(luó)杆(gǎn)軸端(duān)裝有平衡環以(yǐ)液力平衡(héng)其軸(zhóu)向力。一(yī)般結構為卧式。進油口(kǒu)方向亦可以相(xiàng)隔90°任意安裝。改(gǎi)變泵體後(hòu)可制成立(lì)式。軸封根據情(qíng)況有機械(xiè)密封(fēng)和軟填料(liào)密封兩種結構(gòu)。

●3g三螺杆泵輸送(sòng)各種(zhǒng)油(yóu)類(lèi)時應(yīng)注意事(shì)項：when conveying various oil matters should be paid attention to:

   1、輸送40~150mm2/s的油類最(zuì)合适(shì)，允許按泵的最高工(gōng)作壓(yā)力使用。2、輸(shū)送40mm2/s以下的油(yóu)類，為保(bǎo)證泵(bèng)的流(liú)量及壽命應降壓使(shǐ)用。3、輸(shū)送(sòng)150mm2/s以上的油類，且(qiě)進油管(guǎn)道過(guò)長(zhǎng)，彎(wān)頭過(guò)多，泵(bèng)工作時如(rú)産生噪音(yīn)或振(zhèn)動現(xiàn)象(xiàng)，則應考(kǎo)慮更換低(dī)一級轉速的(de)電機運(yùn)轉或(huò)縮短吸入(rù)管道(dào)，減少彎頭(tóu)。

 ●3g型三(sān)螺(luó)杆泵安(ān)裝(zhuāng)要(yào)求:3 g type three-screw pump installation requirements:

   1、安(ān)裝前(qián)應檢(jiǎn)查泵(bèng)的油封是(shì)否良好(hǎo)，并(bìng)檢查(chá)泵在運輸中是(shì)否損(sǔn)壞，可(kě)用手(shǒu)轉動(dòng)聯(lián)軸器是(shì)否有(yǒu)卡(kǎ)勁現象(xiàng)，如有則應拆泵(bèng)進行清洗，修(xiū)理和校正。1, before installation should check whether the oil seal of the pump is good, and check the pump is damaged in transportation, turn the coupling usable hand card trouble phenomenon, if there is any should tear open pump for cleaning, repair and calibration.2、安裝泵(bèng)的進油(yóu)和(hé)排油(yóu)管道時，其管徑(jìng)不得小于泵的進油和出油口口徑，進油管道(dào)不得(dé)過長，彎頭不得過多，否則(zé)将(jiāng)影響泵的工(gōng)作狀态。2, installation of pump suction and discharge of oil pipe, the pipe diameter shall not be less than the oil inlet of the pump and the oil outlet diameter, inlet pipe shall not be too long, elbow shall not too much, otherwise will affect the pump working condition.3、當(dāng)有兩台以上(shàng)的泵安裝在(zài)同(tóng)一(yī)條主(zhǔ)管線上(shàng)，為便于(yú)泵的啟動，在近(jìn)泵的排油管上(shàng)必須安(ān)裝逆止(zhǐ)閥。3, when more than two head of pump installed in the e line, to facilitate pump start-up, in close to the oil drain pump must be installed on a non-return valve.4、對(duì)于在較高(gāo)溫度(dù)（指60℃以(yǐ)上）下(xià)輸送粘度大的(de)油類（如(rú)：重(zhòng)油(yóu)）的(de)備用(yòng)泵，必須是(shì)熱備用(yòng)泵，否則泵在低溫下啟(qǐ)動會造成(chéng)電機過載(zǎi)或(huò)泵損壞(huài)。（建議(yì)在靠近泵(bèng)的排油(yóu)管(guǎn)上的(de)逆止閥旁(páng)，并聯安(ān)裝一個小回(huí)流閥，對(duì)備(bèi)用泵(bèng)可微啟回流閥(fá)，使泵緩慢(màn)逆轉(zhuǎn)，其逆(nì)轉速≤100轉/分(fèn)，使(shǐ)部分熱(rè)油經(jīng)常流(liú)過泵内(nèi)，達(dá)到泵(bèng)熱備(bèi)用目(mù)的）。4, for under high temperature (above 60℃) conveying the viscosity of oil (such as: heavy oil) of the standby pump, it must be hot standby pump, otherwise the pump at low temperature can cause the damage of motor overload or pump.(suggest near the exhaust non-return valve on the tubing pump, a small return valve installed in parallel, differentiable and the backflow preventer to standby pump, the pump slow reversal, the reverse speed 100 r/min or less, often make some hot oil flows through the pump, to pump hot standby purposes).5、輸(shū)送(sòng)介質内(nèi)含有機械雜質(zhì)。将(jiāng)嚴重影響泵(bèng)的運轉和降低使用壽命，因此(cǐ)在泵安(ān)裝(zhuāng)前，必(bì)須仔細清除進(jìn)油管内的(de)焊渣(zhā)，沙粒等雜(zá)質，并應在進油管道靠近泵處(chù)安裝(zhuāng)濾器(qì)，濾器(qì)網孔大小(xiǎo)，可根據工(gōng)作情況及介質粘度确定。（一般(bān)可用(yòng)40~80目網(wǎng)），過濾(lǜ)面積一般不得(dé)小于進油管橫截面(miàn)積的(de)20倍。5, mechanical impurity is contained within the transmission medium.will seriously affect the operation and reduce the service life of pump, so before the pump installation, must be carefully clean up the feed tube welding slag, impurities such as grains of sand, and shall be installed in the inlet pipe near the pump filter, filter mesh size, is decided according to the working condition and medium viscosity.available (40 ~ 80 mesh net), filter area generally shall not be less than 20 times into the cross-sectional area of the tubing 6、盡(jìn)量在泵進(jìn)油和排油口處(chù)的螺(luó)紋孔(kǒng)上(shàng)連(lián)接壓(yā)力表和真空表(biǎo)，以便于觀(guān)察泵(bèng)的運轉狀(zhuàng)态。6, as far as possible in the pump suction and discharge of oil on the threaded hole mouth connect pressure gauge and vacuum gauge, in order to observe the pump running state.7、原(yuán)動機(jī)與(yǔ)泵(bèng)的轉(zhuǎn)軸必(bì)須在(zài)同一(yī)中心線上，可用(yòng)直尺測隙(xì)規在(zài)聯軸器圓周上(shàng)間隔90°處(chù)檢(jiǎn)查。8、原(yuán)動機(jī)與泵(bèng)的轉(zhuǎn)向必須一緻，嚴(yán)格禁止原動機(jī)驅動(dòng)泵逆轉。電(diàn)機接(jiē)線時，應先(xiān)脫開(kāi)電機(jī)與泵的聯(lián)軸器(qì)，對電機作(zuò)試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。使(shǐ)其轉向與(yǔ)泵的轉向(xiàng)标(biāo)志(zhì)一緻(zhì)。7, prime mover and the pump shaft must be in the e center line, available ruler feeler gauge in the coupling of the circumference of a circle by 90°in check.8, steering engine and pump must be consistent, strictly prohibited prime motor driven pump reversal.electrical wiring, should first release coupling of motor and pump, a test run on the motor.the steering pump and steering sign agreement
