●3g三螺(luó)杆泵工(gōng)作原(yuán)理:

　　3g型(xíng)三螺(luó)杆泵(bèng)是(shì)轉(zhuǎn)子型(xíng)容(róng)積泵，适(shì)于輸送各(gè)種不(bú)含固體(tǐ)顆(kē)粒，無腐蝕(shí)性(xìng)油類及(jí)類似(sì)油的(de)潤(rùn)滑性液體、輸(shū)送液(yè)體粘(zhān)度2~760mm2/s，溫度不(bú)超過80℃,超過(guò)80℃可用(yòng)高溫泵3gw型(xíng)。3 g type is three screw pump rotor type positive displacement pump, is suitable for conveying various not containing solid particles, non-corrosive oil lubricity and similar oil liquid, conveying liquid viscosity was 2 to 760 / s, temperature not over 80℃, more than 80℃high temperature pump available 3 gw type.

   3g型三螺(luó)杆(gǎn)具有(yǒu)多種(zhǒng)結構，一般(bān)小流量泵(bèng)襯套(tào)和泵體合為一(yī)個，可以卧(wò)式和(hé)立式安裝。進油(yóu)口方向可(kě)相隔90°任意安(ān)裝，軸封(fēng)多數(shù)為(wéi)機構密(mì)封。中(zhōng)等流量以(yǐ)上泵，襯套為一個單獨的零件(jiàn)固定(dìng)于(yú)泵體内(nèi)，螺杆(gǎn)軸端裝有(yǒu)平(píng)衡環以液力(lì)平衡(héng)其軸向力(lì)。一般結構(gòu)為卧(wò)式。進油(yóu)口方向(xiàng)亦可以相(xiàng)隔90°任意安(ān)裝。改變泵(bèng)體後可制(zhì)成立(lì)式。軸封(fēng)根據情(qíng)況有機(jī)械密封(fēng)和軟(ruǎn)填料(liào)密封(fēng)兩(liǎng)種結構。

   3g型三螺杆泵軸(zhóu)伸支承較小，應(yīng)由原動機經彈性聯(lián)軸(zhóu)器直接驅動，不(bú)得用皮(pí)帶輪等會(huì)産生額外(wài)徑(jìng)向力較大的傳(chuán)動(dòng)方式傳動(dòng)。3 g type three-screw pump shaft and bearing is small, should be driven by a prime mover directly by the elastic coupling, shall not be used pulley will produce additional radial force large transmission way.

●3g三螺(luó)杆泵輸送各種(zhǒng)油類時(shí)應注意(yì)事項：when conveying various oil matters should be paid attention to:

   1、輸送(sòng)40~150mm2/s的油類(lèi)最(zuì)合适(shì)，允許(xǔ)按泵(bèng)的最高工作壓力使(shǐ)用。2、輸送40mm2/s以下(xià)的油類，為(wéi)保證泵的流量及(jí)壽命應降壓使(shǐ)用。3、輸送(sòng)150mm2/s以上(shàng)的油類(lèi)，且進(jìn)油管道過(guò)長，彎頭過多，泵工作時如産生噪音或振動現象，則應考慮更(gèng)換低一級轉(zhuǎn)速的電(diàn)機運轉或(huò)縮短吸入管道(dào)，減少(shǎo)彎頭。

 ●3g型三螺杆(gǎn)泵安(ān)裝要(yào)求:3 g type three-screw pump installation requirements:

   1、安裝前應檢(jiǎn)查泵(bèng)的油封是否良(liáng)好，并檢查泵在(zài)運輸(shū)中是否損(sǔn)壞，可(kě)用(yòng)手轉動(dòng)聯軸(zhóu)器是否有卡勁(jìn)現(xiàn)象，如有(yǒu)則應拆(chāi)泵進行(háng)清洗，修(xiū)理和校(xiào)正。1, before installation should check whether the oil seal of the pump is good, and check the pump is damaged in transportation, turn the coupling usable hand card trouble phenomenon, if there is any should tear open pump for cleaning, repair and calibration.2、安(ān)裝泵的進(jìn)油和排油管道時，其管(guǎn)徑(jìng)不得(dé)小于(yú)泵的進油(yóu)和出(chū)油口口徑(jìng)，進油(yóu)管道不得過長(zhǎng)，彎(wān)頭不得(dé)過多，否(fǒu)則(zé)将影(yǐng)響泵的工作狀(zhuàng)态。2, installation of pump suction and discharge of oil pipe, the pipe diameter shall not be less than the oil inlet of the pump and the oil outlet diameter, inlet pipe shall not be too long, elbow shall not too much, otherwise will affect the pump working condition.3、當有兩(liǎng)台以(yǐ)上的(de)泵安裝在(zài)同一條主管線(xiàn)上，為(wéi)便于泵的(de)啟動，在近(jìn)泵的排(pái)油管上必須(xū)安裝逆止閥(fá)。3, when more than two head of pump installed in the e line, to facilitate pump start-up, in close to the oil drain pump must be installed on a non-return valve.4、對于在較(jiào)高溫度(dù)（指60℃以(yǐ)上）下(xià)輸送(sòng)粘度大的油類（如(rú)：重油）的備用(yòng)泵，必(bì)須是熱備(bèi)用泵，否則(zé)泵在低溫(wēn)下(xià)啟動會(huì)造成(chéng)電機過載或泵(bèng)損壞。（建議(yì)在靠(kào)近泵(bèng)的排(pái)油管(guǎn)上的逆止(zhǐ)閥旁，并(bìng)聯安裝一個(gè)小回流閥(fá)，對備用泵(bèng)可微(wēi)啟回流(liú)閥，使(shǐ)泵(bèng)緩慢逆轉(zhuǎn)，其逆(nì)轉速(sù)≤100轉/分，使部(bù)分熱油經(jīng)常流(liú)過泵内，達到泵(bèng)熱備用目的）。4, for under high temperature (above 60℃) conveying the viscosity of oil (such as: heavy oil) of the standby pump, it must be hot standby pump, otherwise the pump at low temperature can cause the damage of motor overload or pump.(suggest near the exhaust non-return valve on the tubing pump, a small return valve installed in parallel, differentiable and the backflow preventer to standby pump, the pump slow reversal, the reverse speed 100 r/min or less, often make some hot oil flows through the pump, to pump hot standby purposes).5、輸(shū)送介(jiè)質内含有(yǒu)機械(xiè)雜質。将嚴(yán)重影(yǐng)響泵(bèng)的運(yùn)轉和降低使用(yòng)壽命(mìng)，因(yīn)此在泵安裝前，必(bì)須仔(zǎi)細清除進(jìn)油管(guǎn)内的焊渣，沙粒等雜(zá)質，并應在(zài)進油(yóu)管道靠近泵處(chù)安裝(zhuāng)濾器，濾器網孔大小，可根(gēn)據工作情況及介質粘度(dù)确定(dìng)。（一般可用(yòng)40~80目網），過濾面積(jī)一般(bān)不(bú)得小于進油管(guǎn)橫(héng)截面積的20倍。5, mechanical impurity is contained within the transmission medium.will seriously affect the operation and reduce the service life of pump, so before the pump installation, must be carefully clean up the feed tube welding slag, impurities such as grains of sand, and shall be installed in the inlet pipe near the pump filter, filter mesh size, is decided according to the working condition and medium viscosity.available (40 ~ 80 mesh net), filter area generally shall not be less than 20 times into the cross-sectional area of the tubing 6、盡量在(zài)泵進油和排油(yóu)口處的(de)螺(luó)紋孔(kǒng)上連接壓力表(biǎo)和真(zhēn)空表，以便(biàn)于觀察泵的運(yùn)轉狀态。6, as far as possible in the pump suction and discharge of oil on the threaded hole mouth connect pressure gauge and vacuum gauge, in order to observe the pump running state.7、原動機(jī)與泵的(de)轉(zhuǎn)軸必須在(zài)同一中心線上(shàng)，可用(yòng)直尺(chǐ)測隙規在聯軸(zhóu)器圓(yuán)周上(shàng)間隔(gé)90°處檢查(chá)。8、原動機與泵的轉向必(bì)須一(yī)緻，嚴格禁止原(yuán)動機(jī)驅動(dòng)泵逆轉。電機接(jiē)線時，應先(xiān)脫開電機(jī)與(yǔ)泵(bèng)的聯(lián)軸器，對電(diàn)機作(zuò)試運(yùn)轉。使其轉(zhuǎn)向與泵(bèng)的轉向标志一緻。7, prime mover and the pump shaft must be in the e center line, available ruler feeler gauge in the coupling of the circumference of a circle by 90°in check.8, steering engine and pump must be consistent, strictly prohibited prime motor driven pump reversal.electrical wiring, should first release coupling of motor and pump, a test run on the motor.the steering pump and steering sign agreement
