●kcb齒(chǐ)輪泵概(gài)述

●kcb齒(chǐ)輪泵安(ān)裝說(shuō)明:

1、泵安(ān)裝前應檢(jiǎn)查泵(bèng)和電(diàn)機在運輸(shū)過程(chéng)中是否受到損(sǔn)壞,如電機(jī)是否受(shòu)潮(cháo),泵的(de)進出口(kǒu)防(fáng)塵蓋(gài)是否損壞而使污物(wù)進入(rù)泵腔(qiāng)内(nèi)等。

5、管路口徑(jìng)一般(bān)不小(xiǎo)于泵的進(jìn)出口(kǒu)徑,進(jìn)油管路應盡量短,并減少彎路。必要時在(zài)進油口安(ān)裝金屬過濾器(qì),過濾器的(de)有(yǒu)效(xiào)面積不應小于管道過流(liú)面積(jī)的三倍。
6、安裝時(shí),不(bú)得用泵(bèng)來承擔管(guǎn)路的重量。7、用手轉動(dòng)聯軸(zhóu)器(qì),泵(bèng)應轉動靈(líng)活,不得有(yǒu)過緊或輕(qīng)重不均現象(xiàng),如有應(yīng)立即(jí)排除。

●kcb齒輪泵的(de)開機: kcb gear pump of the boot:
1、開機(jī)前應(yīng)檢查(chá)泵軸(zhóu)轉動(dòng)是(shì)否(fǒu)靈活,有無卡阻現象(xiàng),進出口管道上的閥門是否開(kāi)啟,泵的轉(zhuǎn)動方向是否正确。
2、長時(shí)間(jiān)沒有(yǒu)使用的(de)泵開機(jī)前應(yīng)向泵(bèng)腔中注入一定量的(de)潤滑液,以減少(shǎo)泵在吸油過程(chéng)中的幹摩擦,并可提(tí)高(gāo)泵的自(zì)吸性能。
3、開機後如有不正(zhèng)常的噪音(yīn)或過熱現象,應立即(jí)停車檢查(chá)。3, after the boot if there is any abnormal noise or overheating phenomenon, should immediately stop check.

5、若(ruò)輸送熱油(yóu),在開機(jī)時(shí)應均(jun1)勻預(yù)熱(rè),預(yù)熱是利用(yòng)被輸送的介質不斷通過(guò)泵體(tǐ)進行(háng)的。預熱标(biāo)準(zhǔn):吸入口(kǒu)的油溫(wēn)不(bú)得高(gāo)于泵體溫度40℃,預(yù)熱的升溫(wēn)速度(dù)控制在<40℃/h,在(zài)預熱(rè)時應(yīng)将固(gù)定泵(bèng)體的(de)螺栓(shuān)松開,預熱完畢(bì),将其(qí)擰緊(jǐn)。在預熱過(guò)程中,應注(zhù)意觀(guān)察泵(bèng)的運(yùn)行情(qíng)況,以(yǐ)但(dàn)發生不良情(qíng)況,應立即(jí)停(tíng)泵(bèng)檢查。 6、泵停(tíng)機後,首先切斷(duàn)電源,然後(hòu)關閉進出(chū)口管道上(shàng)的閥(fá)門(mén),避免造(zào)成泵倒轉。7、泵經(jīng)過長期(qī)使(shǐ)用,壓力流量有明顯(xiǎn)下降(jiàng)時,應拆泵檢查(chá),更換其己(jǐ)磨(mó)損的零件。
●kcb齒(chǐ)輪油(yóu)泵(輸油泵(bèng))機械(xiè)密封(fēng)的運轉
1.kcb齒(chǐ)輪(lún)油泵(輸油泵)啟動後若(ruò)有輕微洩漏現(xiàn)象,應觀(guān)察一段(duàn)時間。如齒輪泵(bèng)連續運行4小時(shí),洩漏量仍(réng)不減(jiǎn)小,則(zé)應(yīng)停泵檢(jiǎn)查。
2.kcb齒輪油(yóu)泵(輸油泵)的操(cāo)作壓(yā)力應平穩(wěn),壓力(lì)波動不大(dà)于1公(gōng)斤/平方厘(lí)米。
3.kcb齒輪油(yóu)泵(輸油泵)在運(yùn)轉中,應避(bì)免發(fā)生抽空現(xiàn)象,以(yǐ)免造成密(mì)封面(miàn)幹摩(mó)擦及(jí)密封(fēng)破壞。
4.齒輪(lún)泵密(mì)封(fēng)情況要(yào)經(jīng)常(cháng)檢查。運轉(zhuǎn)中,當其洩漏超過标準時(shí),重質(zhì)油大于(yú)5滴/分,輕(qīng)質油不大于10滴(dī)/分,如2-3日内仍無(wú)好轉(zhuǎn)趨勢,則應停泵栓查密封(fēng)裝置(zhì)。
●齒輪(lún)油泵(bèng)機械密封(fēng)的安(ān)裝
1.kcb齒(chǐ)輪油泵(輸油泵(bèng))啟動前(qián)應(yīng)保持(chí)密封腔内充滿液體。對(duì)于輸送凝固的介(jiè)質時,應用(yòng)蒸汽将密(mì)封腔加熱(rè)使介(jiè)質熔(róng)化。啟動前(qián)必須盤車,以防(fáng)止(zhǐ)突然啟動而(ér)造成(chéng)軟環(huán)碎(suì)裂(liè).遠東(dōng)泵業(yè)
2.對于利用齒輪(lún)泵外(wài)封(fēng)油系統(tǒng)的機(jī)械密封,應(yīng)先啟動封油系統。停(tíng)車(chē)後最後停止(zhǐ)封(fēng)油系統(tǒng)。kcb齒輪泵
3.泵停(tíng)運後不能馬(mǎ)上停止封油腔及端面密封的(de)冷卻水(shuǐ),應(yīng)待端(duān)面密(mì)封處油溫(wēn)降到80度(dù)以下時(shí),才可以停(tíng)止冷(lěng)卻水,以(yǐ)免(miǎn)損壞(huài)密封(fēng)零件。
●kcb齒(chǐ)輪泵常(cháng)見故(gù)障(zhàng)及解決(jué)方法
目前(qián),kcb齒輪泵(kcb不鏽鋼齒輪泵)在(zài)自卸(xiè)汽車(chē)與(yǔ)工程機(jī)械操縱(zòng)機構中(zhōng)運用(yòng)較(jiào)多,現将其常見故障及(jí)排除方法(fǎ)介紹(shào)如下,供參(cān)考。
1、産生振動與(yǔ)噪聲(shēng)的(de)原因與排除
(1)吸入(rù)空氣
①kcb齒輪(lún)泵的泵體與兩(liǎng)側端蓋(gài)為直接(jiē)接觸的硬密封(fēng),若接觸面的平(píng)面度達不到規定要(yào)求,則泵在(zài)工作時容易吸(xī)入空氣;同樣,泵(bèng)的端(duān)蓋與(yǔ)壓蓋之間也(yě)為直接接觸,空(kōng)氣也容(róng)易(yì)侵(qīn)入;若(ruò)壓蓋(gài)為塑料制品,由(yóu)于其損(sǔn)壞或因(yīn)溫度(dù)變化而變(biàn)形,也會使(shǐ)密封不(bú)嚴而進入空(kōng)氣。排除這種故障的方法(fǎ)是:當泵體或泵(bèng)蓋的(de)平面度達不到(dào)規定的要(yào)求時(shí),可以在(zài)平闆上用金鋼砂(shā)按8字(zì)形路(lù)線來(lái)回研(yán)磨,也可(kě)以在平(píng)面磨(mó)床(chuáng)上磨削(xuē),使其平面(miàn)度不超過(guò)5μm,并需要保證其(qí)平面(miàn)與孔(kǒng)的垂(chuí)直度要求(qiú);對于泵蓋(gài)與壓(yā)蓋處(chù)的洩漏,可(kě)采用塗敷(fū)環氧樹脂等膠粘劑(jì)進行密封。
②對泵軸(zhóu)一(yī)般采(cǎi)用骨(gǔ)架式油封(fēng)進行密封(fēng)。若卡(kǎ)緊唇(chún)部(bù)的(de)彈簧脫落,或将油封(fēng)裝(zhuāng)反,或其(qí)唇部(bù)被拉(lā)傷、老化,都将使油封後端經常(cháng)處(chù)于(yú)負壓(yā)狀态而吸(xī)入空(kōng)氣,一(yī)般可更換(huàn)新油(yóu)封予以(yǐ)解(jiě)決。
③油(yóu)箱内油量不夠,或吸油管(guǎn)口未插至(zhì)油面(miàn)以下,泵便(biàn)會吸入空(kōng)氣,此(cǐ)時應(yīng)往油(yóu)箱内補充油液至油(yóu)标線(xiàn);若回油管口露出油面,有(yǒu)時也會因系統内瞬間負(fù)壓而(ér)使空氣反灌進(jìn)入系(xì)統,所以回(huí)油管口(kǒu)一般也(yě)應插(chā)至油面以下。
④kcb齒(chǐ)輪泵(bèng)(kcb不鏽鋼(gāng)齒(chǐ)輪泵(bèng))泵的(de)安裝位置(zhì)距油面太高,特(tè)别是(shì)在(zài)泵轉(zhuǎn)速降低(dī)時(shí),因(yīn)不能(néng)保證泵(bèng)吸(xī)油腔有必(bì)要(yào)的真空(kōng)度造(zào)成吸油不(bú)足而吸入空氣(qì)。此時應調(diào)整泵(bèng)與油面(miàn)的(de)相對(duì)高度,使(shǐ)其滿足(zú)規定的(de)要求。
⑤吸油濾(lǜ)油(yóu)器(qì)被污物堵(dǔ)塞或(huò)其容(róng)量(liàng)過小,導緻吸(xī)油阻力增(zēng)加而吸(xī)入空氣(qì);另外(wài),進、出油口的口徑較大也(yě)有可(kě)能(néng)帶(dài)入空(kōng)氣。此時,可(kě)清洗(xǐ)濾油器(qì),或選取(qǔ)較大容量、且進(jìn)出口徑适(shì)當的(de)濾油器。如此,不但能(néng)防止(zhǐ)吸入空氣,還能(néng)防止(zhǐ)産生(shēng)噪聲(shēng)。
(2)機械原因
①泵與聯軸器的(de)連接因不(bú)合規(guī)定要(yào)求而産生(shēng)振動及噪聲(shēng)。應(yīng)按規(guī)定要求調(diào)整聯軸(zhóu)器。
②因油(yóu)中污(wū)物進(jìn)入泵内導緻齒(chǐ)輪等部件(jiàn)磨損(sǔn)拉傷而(ér)産生噪聲。應(yīng)更換油液(yè),加強過濾,拆開(kāi)泵清洗;對磨損(sǔn)嚴重的(de)齒輪(lún),須修理或更(gèng)換。
③泵(bèng)内零件損(sǔn)壞或磨損嚴重将産生振動與噪聲:如齒形誤差或周節誤差大,兩(liǎng)齒(chǐ)輪接觸(chù)不良,齒(chǐ)面粗糙(cāo)度高,公法線長(zhǎng)度超(chāo)差,齒側隙(xì)過小,兩齧(niè)合齒輪的接觸區不(bú)在分(fèn)度(dù)圓位置(zhì)等。此(cǐ)時,可(kě)更換(huàn)齒輪(lún)或将(jiāng)齒輪(lún)對研。同時(shí),軸承(chéng)的滾(gǔn)針(zhēn)保持架(jià)破損、長短(duǎn)軸軸(zhóu)頸及滾針(zhēn)磨損(sǔn)等,均(jun1)可(kě)導緻軸(zhóu)承旋轉不暢而(ér)産生(shēng)機(jī)械噪聲,此時需(xū)拆修齒(chǐ)輪泵(bèng),更換滾針(zhēn)軸承。
④kcb齒輪(lún)泵(kcb不鏽(xiù)鋼(gāng)齒輪泵)齒(chǐ)輪軸向裝(zhuāng)配間隙過(guò)小;齒輪端面與前後(hòu)端蓋之間的滑(huá)動接合面(miàn)因齒輪在裝(zhuāng)配前毛(máo)刺未(wèi)能(néng)仔細清(qīng)除,從而運(yùn)轉時(shí)拉傷(shāng)接(jiē)合面,使(shǐ)内洩漏(lòu)大,導緻(zhì)輸出流(liú)量減少;污物進(jìn)入(rù)泵内(nèi)并楔(xiē)入齒(chǐ)輪端(duān)面與前(qián)後(hòu)端蓋之間(jiān)的(de)間(jiān)隙内(nèi)拉傷(shāng)配合面,導緻高(gāo)低壓腔因(yīn)出(chū)現(xiàn)徑向拉傷(shāng)的溝槽而連(lián)通(tōng),使輸出(chū)流(liú)量減小。對(duì)上(shàng)述(shù)情況(kuàng)應分别采用以下措施修複。拆(chāi)解齒輪泵,适當(dāng)地加大軸向間(jiān)隙即研磨(mó)齒輪(lún)的端(duān)面;用平面磨床磨平(píng)前後蓋端(duān)面和(hé)齒輪(lún)端面,并清(qīng)除輪(lún)齒上(shàng)的毛(máo)刺(不(bú)能倒角);經平面(miàn)磨削後的前後(hòu)端蓋其端面上卸荷(hé)槽的(de)深度(dù)尺寸(cùn)會(huì)有變化(huà),應适(shì)當增加寬度。
(3)其(qí)他原因
油液的(de)黏度高也會産(chǎn)生噪(zào)聲,必(bì)須選用黏(nián)度合适的(de)油液(yè)。
2、kcb齒輪(lún)泵(kcb不鏽鋼(gāng)齒輪(lún)泵)輸出流量不(bú)足
①油溫高(gāo)将使(shǐ)其黏度下(xià)降、内(nèi)洩漏(lòu)增加(jiā),使泵輸(shū)出流(liú)量減小。應(yīng)查明原(yuán)因采(cǎi)取(qǔ)措施;對(duì)于中(zhōng)高壓(yā)齒輪泵,須檢查密封(fēng)圈是(shì)否(fǒu)破損。
②選用油(yóu)的黏(nián)度過高(gāo)或(huò)過低,均會(huì)造(zào)成泵的輸出流量(liàng)減少(shǎo),應使(shǐ)用黏度合(hé)格的油品。
③kcb齒輪(lún)泵一般不(bú)可以反轉(zhuǎn),如泵(bèng)體(tǐ)裝(zhuāng)反,将造成(chéng)壓油腔(qiāng)與吸油(yóu)腔局(jú)部短接,使其流量減少甚(shèn)至吸(xī)不上油來。此時,應查泵的(de)轉向(xiàng)。
④發動(dòng)機轉速不(bú)夠,造(zào)成流(liú)量減(jiǎn)小。應(yīng)查明原(yuán)因并加以排(pái)除(chú)。
3、旋(xuán)轉不暢
①軸(zhóu)向間隙或徑向(xiàng)間隙太小(xiǎo)。重新(xīn)加以(yǐ)調整修配
②泵(bèng)内(nèi)有污(wū)物。解(jiě)體(tǐ)以清(qīng)除(chú)異物。
③裝配有誤。齒輪泵兩(liǎng)銷孔的(de)加工基(jī)準面(miàn)并非裝配(pèi)基準(zhǔn)面(miàn),如先(xiān)将(jiāng)銷子(zǐ)打入,再擰緊螺釘,泵(bèng)會轉不動。正确的方(fāng)法是,邊轉(zhuǎn)動齒(chǐ)輪泵邊(biān)擰緊螺(luó)釘,最(zuì)後(hòu)配(pèi)鑽銷孔并(bìng)打(dǎ)入銷子(zǐ)。
④泵與(yǔ)發動機聯(lián)軸(zhóu)器的同(tóng)軸度差。同軸度應保(bǎo)證在(zài)0.1mm以内(nèi)。
⑤泵内(nèi)零件未退(tuì)磁。裝(zhuāng)配前(qián)所(suǒ)有零件(jiàn)均須(xū)退磁(cí)。
⑥滾針(zhēn)套質量(liàng)不合格或滾針(zhēn)斷裂。修(xiū)理或(huò)更換(huàn)。
⑦工作油輸出口(kǒu)被堵(dǔ)塞。清除異(yì)物。
4、發熱
①造成(chéng)齒(chǐ)輪泵(bèng)旋轉不暢的各(gè)項原因均能導(dǎo)緻齒輪泵發熱(rè),排除方(fāng)法(fǎ)亦可(kě)參照(zhào)其(qí)執(zhí)行。
②油(yóu)液黏(nián)度過高或過低(dī)。重新(xīn)選油。
③側闆(pǎn)、軸套與(yǔ)齒輪端(duān)面嚴重摩擦。修(xiū)複或(huò)更(gèng)換。
④環境溫度高,油箱容積小,散熱不良,都會(huì)使泵(bèng)發熱。應(yīng)分别處(chù)理。
5、kcb齒(chǐ)輪泵(kcb不鏽(xiù)鋼(gāng)齒輪泵(bèng))主要零件(jiàn)的修(xiū)複
(1)齒(chǐ)輪
①齒形(xíng)修理:用(yòng)細砂布或(huò)油石(shí)除(chú)去(qù)拉(lā)傷或已(yǐ)磨成(chéng)多棱(léng)形的(de)部位,再将(jiāng)齒輪(lún)齧合面調換方(fāng)位并(bìng)适當地進行(háng)對研,最後清(qīng)洗幹淨;對(duì)用肉(ròu)眼能(néng)觀察(chá)到的(de)嚴重磨損件,應予以更換。
②端面修理:齒輪(lún)端面(miàn)由于與(yǔ)軸(zhóu)承座或(huò)前(qián)後蓋相對轉動而磨損,輕時會起線(xiàn),可用研磨方法(fǎ)将起(qǐ)線(xiàn)毛刺(cì)痕(hén)迹研去并抛光(guāng);磨損嚴(yán)重時,應(yīng)将齒輪放在平(píng)面(miàn)磨床上進行(háng)修磨。應注意:兩(liǎng)個齒輪必(bì)須同時放在(zài)平面磨(mó)床上進行(háng)修磨(mó),目的是為了保(bǎo)證兩(liǎng)個齒輪(lún)的(de)厚度(dù)差在5μm範圍内;同時(shí)必須保證端(duān)面與(yǔ)孔的(de)垂直度及兩端(duān)面的平行度均(jun1)在5μm範圍内,并用(yòng)油石(shí)将(jiāng)銳邊倒(dǎo)鈍,但切(qiē)不可倒(dǎo)角,做(zuò)到無(wú)毛刺(cì)、飛邊即可。
③當齒輪的(de)齧合(hé)表面磨損(sǔn)時,應用油(yóu)石将(jiāng)磨損(sǔn)所産生的毛刺(cì)去掉(diào);同時,調換(huàn)齒輪的齧(niè)合方(fāng)位,使原(yuán)來不齧(niè)合工(gōng)作的(de)齒形表面(miàn)進行齧合(hé)工作(zuò),這樣(yàng)不僅能保(bǎo)證其原有(yǒu)的工作(zuò)性(xìng)能,還能延長齒輪的工作壽命。

(3)軸(zhóu)承座圈
軸承座圈的(de)磨損(sǔn)一般(bān)在與齒輪接觸(chù)的那一端面和與滾針接觸的(de)内孔(kǒng)上。端(duān)面磨損或(huò)拉毛起線(xiàn)時,可将4個軸承(chéng)座圈(quān)放在平面(miàn)磨床上,以(yǐ)不與齒輪接觸(chù)的那(nà)一面(miàn)為基(jī)準将(jiāng)拉毛端面磨平(píng),其精度應保證(zhèng)在10μm範圍内。軸承(chéng)座圈(quān)一般磨損(sǔn)較小,若磨(mó)損嚴(yán)重,可研磨(mó);或适(shì)當地加大(dà)孔徑并重新選配滾針;或(huò)更(gèng)換(huàn)軸承(chéng)座圈。
(4)長、短軸(zhóu)
長(zhǎng)、短軸的失(shī)效,主要是在與滾針軸承相(xiàng)接觸處(chù)出現磨損。如果(guǒ)磨損輕微,可(kě)采(cǎi)用抛(pāo)光修(xiū)複(并(bìng)更換新(xīn)的(de)滾針(zhēn)軸承(chéng));如果磨損(sǔn)嚴重(zhòng)或(huò)折斷,則(zé)需用(yòng)鍍(dù)鉻工藝(yì)修複,或重新加工。重(zhòng)新(xīn)加工時,須滿足長(zhǎng)、短軸(zhóu)上的鍵槽對軸(zhóu)心線(xiàn)的平(píng)行度(dù)和對稱度(dù)的要(yào)求;裝在軸(zhóu)上的平鍵(jiàn)與齒輪鍵(jiàn)槽的配合(hé)間隙(xì)均不(bú)能過大;軸(zhóu)不得在齒(chǐ)輪内孔産生(shēng)徑向擺(bǎi)動;軸頸與安裝(zhuāng)齒輪部分配合(hé)表面的同(tóng)軸度不得大于10μm,兩端(duān)軸頸的同軸度不得(dé)超過(guò)20-30μm。
kcb齒輪(lún)泵作(zuò)用是(shì)将機油提高到(dào)一定壓力後,強(qiáng)制地壓(yā)送(sòng)到發(fā)動機(jī)各零(líng)件的(de)運動表面上。其(qí)結構多采(cǎi)用齒(chǐ)輪式機油(yóu)泵。發動機(jī)工作時,曲(qǔ)軸帶(dài)動主(zhǔ)動齒(chǐ)輪傳動,被(bèi)動齒(chǐ)輪作反方向旋(xuán)轉。吸油腔内的(de)機油便沿(yán)着齒(chǐ)隙和(hé)泵壁(bì)壓入(rù)出油(yóu)腔。因(yīn)吸油(yóu)腔内的機油被(bèi)不斷帶走,故吸(xī)油腔内(nèi)産(chǎn)生吸力,不斷地将油(yóu)底殼内的(de)機油(yóu)吸入吸(xī)油腔(qiāng),并(bìng)同時将一(yī)定壓力的機(jī)油泵入(rù)潤滑(huá)油路。
齒(chǐ)輪油泵是借(jiè)一對相(xiàng)互(hù)齧合(hé)的齒(chǐ)輪(lún),将(jiāng)機械(xiè)能轉換(huàn)為(wéi)油壓(yā)能的裝置(zhì)。在空(kōng)壓機的潤(rùn)滑系統中(zhōng)被廣泛采(cǎi)用。油泵在運轉中的(de)故(gù)障通常(cháng)是潤滑(huá)系統中油壓降(jiàng)低(dī),甚至(zhì)有時打不上油(yóu)。其原(yuán)因大(dà)體有(yǒu):1)旋轉方(fāng)向(xiàng)與規定方(fāng)向(xiàng)相反;2)吸(xī)油管路不(bú)嚴密,單向閥卡(kǎ)住;3)油(yóu)泵的泵體(tǐ)與泵蓋之間密封不(bú)良;4)油槽内油量(liàng)不(bú)足(zú);5)油泵零件(jiàn)嚴重磨損;6)吸油(yóu)過濾(lǜ)網被(bèi)堵塞(sāi)。
實(shí)際工作(zuò)中應(yīng)根(gēn)據具體(tǐ)情況進行不同(tóng)處理。在檢修中(zhōng)應特别(bié)注意吸(xī)油管道的(de)密封(fēng),以及齒輪(lún)油泵(bèng)泵體與泵蓋之(zhī)間的密封(fēng)。吸入(rù)端如(rú)果(guǒ)密封不(bú)良,則油泵進口(kǒu)漏入(rù)空(kōng)氣(qì),造成(chéng)油泵(bèng)抽空(kōng),自然(rán)就要打(dǎ)不上油(yóu)。
