●3g三螺杆(gǎn)泵工(gōng)作原(yuán)理:

　　3g型(xíng)三螺(luó)杆(gǎn)泵是轉(zhuǎn)子型容積泵，适(shì)于輸(shū)送各(gè)種不含固體顆(kē)粒，無(wú)腐蝕性油(yóu)類及(jí)類似(sì)油的潤滑(huá)性液體、輸(shū)送液(yè)體粘(zhān)度2~760mm2/s，溫(wēn)度不(bú)超過80℃,超過(guò)80℃可用高溫(wēn)泵3gw型。3 g type is three screw pump rotor type positive displacement pump, is suitable for conveying various not containing solid particles, non-corrosive oil lubricity and similar oil liquid, conveying liquid viscosity was 2 to 760 / s, temperature not over 80℃, more than 80℃high temperature pump available 3 gw type.

   3g型三(sān)螺杆具有多(duō)種結(jié)構，一般(bān)小流量泵襯(chèn)套(tào)和泵體合為一(yī)個，可以卧式和(hé)立式安裝。進油(yóu)口方向(xiàng)可相隔(gé)90°任意(yì)安(ān)裝，軸封(fēng)多數為(wéi)機(jī)構密(mì)封。中等(děng)流(liú)量以(yǐ)上泵(bèng)，襯套(tào)為一個單獨(dú)的零件(jiàn)固定于(yú)泵體内(nèi)，螺杆軸端裝有(yǒu)平衡環(huán)以(yǐ)液力(lì)平衡(héng)其軸向力(lì)。一般結構(gòu)為卧(wò)式。進油口方向亦可以相隔90°任意安裝(zhuāng)。改變泵(bèng)體後(hòu)可(kě)制成立式。軸(zhóu)封(fēng)根據情(qíng)況有機械(xiè)密(mì)封和軟(ruǎn)填料密封兩種結構。

   3g型三螺杆(gǎn)泵軸(zhóu)伸(shēn)支承(chéng)較小，應(yīng)由原(yuán)動(dòng)機經彈(dàn)性聯軸(zhóu)器直接驅動，不得用皮(pí)帶輪等(děng)會(huì)産生(shēng)額(é)外(wài)徑向(xiàng)力較(jiào)大的傳動方(fāng)式傳動。3 g type three-screw pump shaft and bearing is small, should be driven by a prime mover directly by the elastic coupling, shall not be used pulley will produce additional radial force large transmission way.

●3g三螺(luó)杆泵(bèng)輸送各種油類時應注意(yì)事項：when conveying various oil matters should be paid attention to:

   1、輸送(sòng)40~150mm2/s的油類最合适(shì)，允許按(àn)泵(bèng)的最高工作壓力使(shǐ)用。2、輸送(sòng)40mm2/s以下的(de)油類(lèi)，為保證泵(bèng)的流量及壽命應降壓使(shǐ)用。3、輸(shū)送150mm2/s以(yǐ)上(shàng)的油類，且進(jìn)油管道過(guò)長，彎(wān)頭過多，泵(bèng)工作時如産生噪音或振(zhèn)動現(xiàn)象，則(zé)應考慮更(gèng)換低一級轉速(sù)的電機(jī)運轉或(huò)縮短吸入管道(dào)，減少彎頭。

 ●3g型三螺(luó)杆(gǎn)泵安(ān)裝要(yào)求:3 g type three-screw pump installation requirements:

   1、安(ān)裝前應檢(jiǎn)查泵(bèng)的油封是否(fǒu)良好，并檢查(chá)泵在(zài)運輸(shū)中(zhōng)是(shì)否損(sǔn)壞，可用手轉動(dòng)聯軸器(qì)是(shì)否有(yǒu)卡勁現象(xiàng)，如有(yǒu)則應(yīng)拆泵(bèng)進行(háng)清洗，修(xiū)理和校正。1, before installation should check whether the oil seal of the pump is good, and check the pump is damaged in transportation, turn the coupling usable hand card trouble phenomenon, if there is any should tear open pump for cleaning, repair and calibration.2、安裝(zhuāng)泵的進(jìn)油和排油(yóu)管道(dào)時，其管徑不得(dé)小于泵(bèng)的(de)進油和出油口口徑(jìng)，進油管(guǎn)道不得過長，彎(wān)頭不得(dé)過多，否則将影響泵(bèng)的工作狀(zhuàng)态。2, installation of pump suction and discharge of oil pipe, the pipe diameter shall not be less than the oil inlet of the pump and the oil outlet diameter, inlet pipe shall not be too long, elbow shall not too much, otherwise will affect the pump working condition.3、當有兩台以(yǐ)上的(de)泵安裝在(zài)同一條主(zhǔ)管線(xiàn)上，為(wéi)便于泵的(de)啟動，在近泵的排油管(guǎn)上必須(xū)安裝逆(nì)止(zhǐ)閥。3, when more than two head of pump installed in the e line, to facilitate pump start-up, in close to the oil drain pump must be installed on a non-return valve.4、對于在(zài)較高溫度(dù)（指60℃以上）下(xià)輸(shū)送(sòng)粘度大的(de)油類(lèi)（如：重油(yóu)）的備用泵，必(bì)須是(shì)熱備(bèi)用(yòng)泵，否則(zé)泵在低溫下啟動會造成電機(jī)過載(zǎi)或泵損壞(huài)。（建議(yì)在靠近泵的排(pái)油管上(shàng)的逆止(zhǐ)閥旁，并(bìng)聯安裝一個小回(huí)流閥(fá)，對備用泵(bèng)可微(wēi)啟回(huí)流閥，使泵(bèng)緩慢逆轉(zhuǎn)，其逆(nì)轉速≤100轉/分，使部(bù)分熱油經(jīng)常流(liú)過泵内，達到泵(bèng)熱備用目的）。4, for under high temperature (above 60℃) conveying the viscosity of oil (such as: heavy oil) of the standby pump, it must be hot standby pump, otherwise the pump at low temperature can cause the damage of motor overload or pump.(suggest near the exhaust non-return valve on the tubing pump, a small return valve installed in parallel, differentiable and the backflow preventer to standby pump, the pump slow reversal, the reverse speed 100 r/min or less, often make some hot oil flows through the pump, to pump hot standby purposes).5、輸(shū)送介(jiè)質内含有(yǒu)機械雜質(zhì)。将嚴重影響泵的運轉和降低使用壽命，因此在泵(bèng)安裝(zhuāng)前，必須仔(zǎi)細清除進油管(guǎn)内的焊渣，沙粒等雜質，并(bìng)應在(zài)進油管道(dào)靠近(jìn)泵處(chù)安裝濾器(qì)，濾器(qì)網孔(kǒng)大小(xiǎo)，可根(gēn)據工作情(qíng)況及介質粘度(dù)确定。（一(yī)般(bān)可用(yòng)40~80目網），過濾面積(jī)一般不得小于進油管橫(héng)截面(miàn)積的20倍(bèi)。5, mechanical impurity is contained within the transmission medium.will seriously affect the operation and reduce the service life of pump, so before the pump installation, must be carefully clean up the feed tube welding slag, impurities such as grains of sand, and shall be installed in the inlet pipe near the pump filter, filter mesh size, is decided according to the working condition and medium viscosity.available (40 ~ 80 mesh net), filter area generally shall not be less than 20 times into the cross-sectional area of the tubing 6、盡量在(zài)泵進(jìn)油和排油(yóu)口(kǒu)處的(de)螺紋孔(kǒng)上連接(jiē)壓(yā)力表和真空(kōng)表，以便(biàn)于觀(guān)察泵的運轉狀态。6, as far as possible in the pump suction and discharge of oil on the threaded hole mouth connect pressure gauge and vacuum gauge, in order to observe the pump running state.7、原動機(jī)與(yǔ)泵的轉軸必(bì)須在同一中心(xīn)線上，可用(yòng)直尺測隙(xì)規(guī)在(zài)聯軸器圓(yuán)周上間隔90°處(chù)檢(jiǎn)查。8、原(yuán)動機(jī)與泵的(de)轉向必須一緻，嚴(yán)格禁(jìn)止原(yuán)動機(jī)驅動(dòng)泵逆(nì)轉。電機接(jiē)線時，應先脫開(kāi)電機與泵(bèng)的(de)聯軸器，對電(diàn)機作試運轉。使其轉(zhuǎn)向與(yǔ)泵的(de)轉向标志(zhì)一緻。7, prime mover and the pump shaft must be in the e center line, available ruler feeler gauge in the coupling of the circumference of a circle by 90°in check.8, steering engine and pump must be consistent, strictly prohibited prime motor driven pump reversal.electrical wiring, should first release coupling of motor and pump, a test run on the motor.the steering pump and steering sign agreement
