●3g三螺(luó)杆(gǎn)泵工作原(yuán)理:

　　3g型(xíng)三螺杆泵(bèng)是轉(zhuǎn)子型容(róng)積泵，适(shì)于輸送(sòng)各種不含固(gù)體顆(kē)粒，無(wú)腐(fǔ)蝕性油類及(jí)類似油的潤(rùn)滑性液體、輸送液體粘(zhān)度2~760mm2/s，溫度不(bú)超過(guò)80℃,超過(guò)80℃可用(yòng)高溫泵3gw型。3 g type is three screw pump rotor type positive displacement pump, is suitable for conveying various not containing solid particles, non-corrosive oil lubricity and similar oil liquid, conveying liquid viscosity was 2 to 760 / s, temperature not over 80℃, more than 80℃high temperature pump available 3 gw type.

   3g型三螺杆(gǎn)具有多種結構(gòu)，一般(bān)小流量泵襯套(tào)和泵體合為一(yī)個(gè)，可以卧(wò)式和(hé)立式(shì)安裝。進(jìn)油口方向可(kě)相隔(gé)90°任意安(ān)裝，軸封多數為機構密封。中等流量以(yǐ)上泵，襯套為一(yī)個單獨的零件(jiàn)固定于泵(bèng)體内(nèi)，螺杆(gǎn)軸端裝有(yǒu)平衡環以(yǐ)液力(lì)平衡其軸向力(lì)。一般(bān)結構(gòu)為卧(wò)式。進油口(kǒu)方向(xiàng)亦可以相(xiàng)隔90°任(rèn)意安裝(zhuāng)。改變泵(bèng)體後可(kě)制成立式。軸(zhóu)封根據情(qíng)況有(yǒu)機械(xiè)密封(fēng)和軟(ruǎn)填料密封兩(liǎng)種(zhǒng)結(jié)構。

   3g型三(sān)螺杆泵軸(zhóu)伸支承較(jiào)小，應(yīng)由原動(dòng)機經彈(dàn)性聯(lián)軸器直接(jiē)驅動，不得用皮(pí)帶輪等會産生(shēng)額外徑向力較(jiào)大的傳動方式傳動。3 g type three-screw pump shaft and bearing is small, should be driven by a prime mover directly by the elastic coupling, shall not be used pulley will produce additional radial force large transmission way.

●3g三螺(luó)杆(gǎn)泵輸送各種(zhǒng)油類時應注意(yì)事項：when conveying various oil matters should be paid attention to:

   1、輸送(sòng)40~150mm2/s的油(yóu)類(lèi)最合适(shì)，允許按泵的最(zuì)高工作壓力使(shǐ)用。2、輸送40mm2/s以下(xià)的(de)油類(lèi)，為保證泵(bèng)的流量及壽命應降壓使用。3、輸(shū)送150mm2/s以(yǐ)上(shàng)的油類(lèi)，且進(jìn)油管道過(guò)長，彎頭過(guò)多，泵(bèng)工作(zuò)時(shí)如産生(shēng)噪音或振(zhèn)動現象，則應考慮更(gèng)換低一級(jí)轉速(sù)的電機運轉或(huò)縮短吸(xī)入(rù)管道，減少彎頭。

 ●3g型(xíng)三螺杆泵安(ān)裝要求(qiú):3 g type three-screw pump installation requirements:
