●kcb齒輪泵安(ān)裝說明:

●kcb齒(chǐ)輪泵(bèng)安裝順(shùn)序(xù): kcb gear pump installation order:

泵主要有泵(bèng)體、齒輪、軸(zhóu)、軸承、安全閥、前蓋、後(hòu)蓋、密封部件、聯(lián)軸器部件組成(chéng)。設有安全(quán)閥的(de)泵、當(dāng)油(yóu)管路的(de)液壓值超過泵(bèng)的規(guī)定時(shí),安全(quán)閥開啟,保證泵(bèng)及原動(dòng)機不緻(zhì)因壓力(lì)過(guò)高而受到(dào)損壞。軸端(duān)密封(fēng)有三(sān)種形(xíng)式(shì):填(tián)料密(mì)封、機(jī)械密封、橡膠圈密封,用戶可根(gēn)據具體(tǐ)的使用(yòng)條件選(xuǎn)擇合适的(de)密封結構。泵(bèng)有良好的自吸性,泵内(nèi)運(yùn)動部(bù)件利用輸(shū)送的(de)液體實(shí)現潤滑,緻工(gōng)作時(shí)可以(yǐ)不加引液(yè)和潤滑劑。
●kcb齒輪泵安裝: kcb gear pump installation:
1、泵安裝(zhuāng)前應檢查泵和電機在運(yùn)輸過程中是否(fǒu)受到損壞,如電(diàn)機是否(fǒu)受潮,泵(bèng)的進出口防塵(chén)蓋是(shì)否損壞而(ér)使污(wū)物進入泵腔内等。
2、泵(bèng)在搬運(yùn)過程中,應選擇合适起(qǐ)吊位置(zhì),減(jiǎn)少泵(bèng)的變形(xíng)。2, pump in the process of handling, should choose appropriate lifting position, reduce the deformation of the pump.

5、管路(lù)口徑(jìng)一(yī)般不小(xiǎo)于(yú)泵的進出(chū)口徑,進油(yóu)管路(lù)應盡量短(duǎn),并(bìng)減少(shǎo)彎路。必(bì)要時在進油口安裝金屬過濾(lǜ)器,過濾器(qì)的有(yǒu)效面積(jī)不應小(xiǎo)于管道過流面(miàn)積的(de)三倍。
6、安裝時,不(bú)得用泵來承擔管路(lù)的重(zhòng)量。7、用手轉動(dòng)聯(lián)軸器,泵應(yīng)轉動靈(líng)活(huó),不得(dé)有過(guò)緊(jǐn)或(huò)輕重(zhòng)不均現(xiàn)象,如有應立(lì)即排除。

●kcb齒(chǐ)輪泵(bèng)的開機(jī): kcb gear pump of the boot:
1、開(kāi)機前應檢查泵(bèng)軸轉動是(shì)否靈(líng)活,有(yǒu)無(wú)卡阻現(xiàn)象,進(jìn)出口管道(dào)上的閥門是否開啟,泵的(de)轉動(dòng)方向是否正确(què)。
2、長時(shí)間沒(méi)有使用的(de)泵開(kāi)機前應(yīng)向泵腔(qiāng)中注入一定量(liàng)的潤(rùn)滑液,以減(jiǎn)少泵在(zài)吸(xī)油過(guò)程中(zhōng)的(de)幹(gàn)摩擦(cā),并可(kě)提高(gāo)泵的自吸性能。
3、開機後(hòu)如(rú)有不(bú)正常(cháng)的噪音或(huò)過熱(rè)現象,應立(lì)即停(tíng)車(chē)檢查。3, after the boot if there is any abnormal noise or overheating phenomenon, should immediately stop check.

5、若(ruò)輸(shū)送熱(rè)油,在(zài)開機時應(yīng)均勻預(yù)熱,預熱(rè)是利(lì)用被輸送(sòng)的介質不(bú)斷通(tōng)過泵(bèng)體進行的(de)。預熱(rè)标準(zhǔn):吸入(rù)口的油溫不得(dé)高于泵體(tǐ)溫度40℃,預熱(rè)的升溫速度控制在(zài)<40℃/h,在預熱時(shí)應(yīng)将固定泵(bèng)體的螺栓松(sōng)開,預(yù)熱完畢,将(jiāng)其擰緊。在(zài)預熱(rè)過程(chéng)中,應注意觀察泵的(de)運行情況,以但發生(shēng)不良情況(kuàng),應立(lì)即停(tíng)泵檢(jiǎn)查。 6、泵(bèng)停機後,首先切斷電源,然後關(guān)閉進出口管道(dào)上的閥門,避免(miǎn)造成泵(bèng)倒(dǎo)轉。7、泵(bèng)經過(guò)長(zhǎng)期使用(yòng),壓力流量有明(míng)顯下(xià)降時,應拆(chāi)泵檢查,更(gèng)換其己磨(mó)損的零件(jiàn)。
●kcb齒輪油泵(bèng)(輸油(yóu)泵)機械密封的(de)運轉
1.kcb齒輪油泵(輸油泵)啟(qǐ)動後若有(yǒu)輕微(wēi)洩漏(lòu)現象,應(yīng)觀察一段時(shí)間。如齒輪(lún)泵連(lián)續(xù)運行(háng)4小時,洩漏量(liàng)仍不(bú)減小,則應(yīng)停泵檢查(chá)。
2.kcb齒輪油泵(輸油(yóu)泵)的(de)操作壓(yā)力應(yīng)平(píng)穩,壓力波(bō)動不大于(yú)1公(gōng)斤/平方厘米(mǐ)。
3.kcb齒輪(lún)油泵(輸油泵)在(zài)運轉(zhuǎn)中,應避免發生抽空(kōng)現象(xiàng),以免造(zào)成密封(fēng)面幹(gàn)摩擦及密封破壞。
4.齒輪泵密封情(qíng)況(kuàng)要經常檢(jiǎn)查。運轉中(zhōng),當其洩漏(lòu)超過(guò)标準(zhǔn)時,重(zhòng)質(zhì)油大于5滴/分(fèn),輕質(zhì)油不大于(yú)10滴/分(fèn),如2-3日内仍(réng)無好轉趨(qū)勢,則應停泵(bèng)栓(shuān)查密(mì)封裝置。
●齒(chǐ)輪油泵機械密(mì)封的安裝(zhuāng)
1.kcb齒輪(lún)油泵(輸油(yóu)泵)啟(qǐ)動前應保(bǎo)持密封腔内充(chōng)滿液體。對于輸(shū)送凝固的介質時,應(yīng)用蒸汽将(jiāng)密封(fēng)腔加(jiā)熱使(shǐ)介質熔化。啟動(dòng)前必須盤(pán)車,以(yǐ)防止突(tū)然啟動(dòng)而造(zào)成軟環碎(suì)裂.遠(yuǎn)東泵業
2.對(duì)于利用齒(chǐ)輪泵(bèng)外封油系統的機械密封(fēng),應先啟(qǐ)動(dòng)封油系統(tǒng)。停車後後(hòu)停(tíng)止封(fēng)油(yóu)系統。kcb齒輪泵
3.泵(bèng)停運(yùn)後不(bú)能馬(mǎ)上停止(zhǐ)封油腔(qiāng)及端面密封的冷卻(què)水(shuǐ),應待端(duān)面密(mì)封處(chù)油溫(wēn)降到(dào)80度以下時(shí),才可(kě)以(yǐ)停止冷卻水,以免損壞(huài)密(mì)封零件(jiàn)。

●kcb齒(chǐ)輪泵常見故障(zhàng)及解決方法
目前,kcb齒輪泵(kcb不鏽鋼(gāng)齒輪泵(bèng))在自(zì)卸汽(qì)車與(yǔ)工程(chéng)機械操縱機構中(zhōng)運用較(jiào)多,現(xiàn)将其常(cháng)見(jiàn)故障及(jí)除(chú)方法介紹如下,供參(cān)考。
1、産(chǎn)生振動(dòng)與噪聲(shēng)的原(yuán)因
(2)機(jī)械原因
①泵(bèng)與聯軸(zhóu)器的連(lián)接因(yīn)不(bú)合規定(dìng)要求而(ér)産生振(zhèn)動及(jí)噪聲(shēng)。應按(àn)規定要求(qiú)調整(zhěng)聯軸器。
②因(yīn)油中污物進入(rù)泵内導緻齒輪(lún)等部件磨損拉傷而産(chǎn)生(shēng)噪聲(shēng)。應更換油(yóu)液,加強過濾,拆開泵清(qīng)洗;對磨(mó)損嚴(yán)重的齒輪,須修(xiū)理或更(gèng)換(huàn)。
③泵内(nèi)零件損壞或磨損嚴重将(jiāng)産生振動與噪(zào)聲:如齒形(xíng)誤差(chà)或周節誤(wù)差大(dà),兩齒(chǐ)輪接觸不(bú)良,齒面粗糙度高,公法線長度(dù)超差,齒側隙過(guò)小,兩齧合齒輪(lún)的接觸區不在(zài)分度圓位(wèi)置等。此時,可更換齒(chǐ)輪或将(jiāng)齒(chǐ)輪對(duì)研。同時,軸承的(de)滾針保(bǎo)持架破損、長短軸軸頸及滾針磨損等(děng),均可導緻軸承(chéng)旋轉不(bú)暢(chàng)而産生機(jī)械噪聲,此(cǐ)時需(xū)拆(chāi)修(xiū)齒輪泵,更(gèng)換滾針軸(zhóu)承。
④kcb齒輪泵(bèng)(kcb不鏽鋼齒輪泵(bèng))齒輪軸向裝配間隙(xì)過小;齒輪(lún)端面與(yǔ)前後端(duān)蓋之間的滑動(dòng)接合面(miàn)因齒輪在裝(zhuāng)配前毛刺(cì)未能仔細清除,從而(ér)運轉時拉(lā)傷接合(hé)面(miàn),使内洩漏(lòu)大,導(dǎo)緻輸(shū)出流(liú)量減少;污(wū)物進入泵(bèng)内并(bìng)楔入齒輪(lún)端面(miàn)與前後端蓋之間的間隙(xì)内拉傷配(pèi)合(hé)面,導緻(zhì)高低(dī)壓腔(qiāng)因出現徑(jìng)向拉傷的(de)溝槽(cáo)而連通,使輸出(chū)流量減小(xiǎo)。對上述(shù)情況應(yīng)分别(bié)采用以下措施修複(fú)。拆解(jiě)齒輪泵(bèng),适當地(dì)加大軸(zhóu)向間隙(xì)即研(yán)磨(mó)齒輪的(de)端面;用平面磨(mó)床(chuáng)磨(mó)平前後蓋(gài)端面(miàn)和(hé)齒(chǐ)輪端面,并(bìng)清除輪齒(chǐ)上的毛刺(cì)(不能(néng)倒角);經(jīng)平面磨(mó)削後的前後端蓋其端面上卸(xiè)荷槽的(de)深度尺(chǐ)寸會有(yǒu)變化,應(yīng)适當(dāng)增加寬度(dù)。
(3)其他原因(yīn)
油液的(de)黏度高(gāo)也會(huì)産生噪聲(shēng),必須選用黏度合适的油(yóu)液。
2、kcb齒(chǐ)輪泵(bèng)(kcb不鏽鋼齒(chǐ)輪泵(bèng))輸出流量(liàng)不足
①油(yóu)溫(wēn)高将(jiāng)使其黏度(dù)下降、内(nèi)洩(xiè)漏增(zēng)加,使(shǐ)泵輸出流(liú)量減小。應(yīng)查(chá)明原因采取措施;對于(yú)中高壓齒輪泵(bèng),須檢查密封圈(quān)是否(fǒu)破損。
②選用油的黏度過高(gāo)或過低,均(jun1)會造成(chéng)泵的輸(shū)出流量減少,應(yīng)使用黏度合格(gé)的油品。
③kcb齒輪泵(bèng)一(yī)般不可以反(fǎn)轉,如(rú)泵體(tǐ)裝反,将(jiāng)造(zào)成壓(yā)油腔與吸油(yóu)腔(qiāng)局部短接,使其流量(liàng)減少甚至(zhì)吸不上油來。此時,應查泵的轉(zhuǎn)向。
④發動機(jī)轉速(sù)不夠(gòu),造成(chéng)流量減(jiǎn)小。應查(chá)明原因并加以(yǐ)除。
3、旋轉不(bú)暢
①軸向間(jiān)隙或徑向(xiàng)間隙(xì)太小。重(zhòng)新加以調整修配
②泵内有污物。解(jiě)體以清除(chú)異物(wù)。
③裝配(pèi)有誤(wù)。齒輪泵兩銷孔(kǒng)的加工(gōng)基(jī)準面(miàn)并非(fēi)裝配基準(zhǔn)面,如先将銷子(zǐ)打入,再擰(nǐng)緊螺(luó)釘,泵(bèng)會轉(zhuǎn)不動(dòng)。正确的方法是(shì),邊轉動齒(chǐ)輪泵(bèng)邊擰緊螺(luó)釘(dìng),配鑽銷(xiāo)孔并打入(rù)銷子。
④泵與(yǔ)發動機聯軸器(qì)的同軸(zhóu)度差。同(tóng)軸度(dù)應保證在(zài)0.1mm以内。
⑤泵内(nèi)零件未退磁。裝配前所有零件(jiàn)均須(xū)退(tuì)磁。
⑥滾針(zhēn)套質(zhì)量不合格或(huò)滾針斷(duàn)裂。修(xiū)理(lǐ)或更換(huàn)。
⑦工作油輸出口被(bèi)堵(dǔ)塞。清除異(yì)物。
4、發(fā)熱
①造(zào)成齒(chǐ)輪泵旋轉不暢(chàng)的各(gè)項原(yuán)因均(jun1)能(néng)導(dǎo)緻齒(chǐ)輪泵(bèng)發熱,除方法亦可參照(zhào)其執行(háng)。
②油液(yè)黏度(dù)過高(gāo)或過(guò)低。重(zhòng)新選油(yóu)。
④環境溫度高(gāo),油(yóu)箱容積(jī)小,散(sàn)熱不(bú)良,都(dōu)會(huì)使泵發(fā)熱(rè)。應(yīng)分别(bié)處理。
5、kcb齒輪(lún)泵(kcb不(bú)鏽鋼(gāng)齒輪(lún)泵)主要零件的(de)修複
(1)齒輪(lún)
①齒(chǐ)形(xíng)修理(lǐ):用細(xì)砂布(bù)或油(yóu)石除(chú)去(qù)拉(lā)傷或已磨(mó)成(chéng)多(duō)棱形(xíng)的部(bù)位,再将(jiāng)齒輪齧合面調換(huàn)方位(wèi)并适當地進行(háng)對研,清洗(xǐ)幹(gàn)淨(jìng);對(duì)用(yòng)肉眼能觀(guān)察到的嚴(yán)重磨損件,應予(yǔ)以更換(huàn)。
②端面修理:齒(chǐ)輪端(duān)面由(yóu)于(yú)與軸承(chéng)座或前(qián)後蓋相對轉動(dòng)而磨損(sǔn),輕時會起線,可(kě)用研(yán)磨方法将(jiāng)起線毛刺(cì)痕迹(jì)研去并(bìng)抛光;磨(mó)損嚴重(zhòng)時(shí),應将(jiāng)齒輪放(fàng)在平面(miàn)磨床(chuáng)上進(jìn)行修(xiū)磨。應注意(yì):兩個(gè)齒輪必須同時放在平面磨床(chuáng)上進行修磨,目(mù)的是為了保證(zhèng)兩(liǎng)個(gè)齒(chǐ)輪的厚度差(chà)在5μm範(fàn)圍内(nèi);同時(shí)必須(xū)保證(zhèng)端面(miàn)與孔的垂(chuí)直度及兩端面(miàn)的平(píng)行度均在(zài)5μm範圍内,并用(yòng)油石将(jiāng)銳邊(biān)倒鈍(dùn),但切不可倒角,做到(dào)無毛刺、飛邊(biān)即可。
③當(dāng)齒輪的齧合表(biǎo)面磨損時(shí),應用(yòng)油石将(jiāng)磨損所産生的毛刺去掉;同時(shí),調換齒(chǐ)輪的(de)齧合方位(wèi),使原(yuán)來不(bú)齧合(hé)工作的齒(chǐ)形表面進行齧合工(gōng)作,這樣不僅能保證(zhèng)其原有的工作性能(néng),還能延長(zhǎng)齒輪的工(gōng)作壽命。
(2)kcb齒輪(lún)泵(kcb不鏽鋼齒(chǐ)輪泵)泵體(tǐ)
泵體的磨損,主(zhǔ)要在内腔與齒輪項(xiàng)圓(yuán)相接觸(chù)的那一面(miàn),且多發生(shēng)在吸油側(cè)。如果泵體(tǐ)屬于(yú)對稱型(xíng),可将泵(bèng)體翻轉180度(dù)後再(zài)用;如果泵體屬(shǔ)于非對稱型,則(zé)需采(cǎi)用(yòng)電(diàn)鍍青(qīng)銅合金(jīn)工藝或(huò)電刷鍍的方法(fǎ)修複泵體(tǐ)内腔(qiāng)孔的磨損部位(wèi)。
(3)軸承座圈(quān)
軸承座圈(quān)的磨損一般在(zài)與(yǔ)齒輪接(jiē)觸的(de)那一端面和與滾針接觸(chù)的内(nèi)孔上(shàng)。端(duān)面磨損(sǔn)或拉毛起線時(shí),可将(jiāng)4個軸(zhóu)承座(zuò)圈放在平(píng)面磨(mó)床上(shàng),以不(bú)與齒輪接觸(chù)的那一(yī)面為基準将拉(lā)毛端(duān)面磨平,其(qí)精度應保(bǎo)證(zhèng)在10μm範圍内。軸承座(zuò)圈一般(bān)磨損較小,若磨損嚴重(zhòng),可研磨;或适當(dāng)地加大孔(kǒng)徑并(bìng)重新選(xuǎn)配滾針(zhēn);或更換軸承座(zuò)圈。
(4)長、短軸
長、短軸的(de)失效(xiào),主要(yào)是在(zài)與滾(gǔn)針軸承相(xiàng)接觸處(chù)出(chū)現磨(mó)損。如(rú)果磨(mó)損輕(qīng)微,可采用抛光(guāng)修複(并更換新(xīn)的滾針軸(zhóu)承);如(rú)果磨(mó)損嚴重或(huò)折斷(duàn),則需(xū)用鍍鉻(gè)工(gōng)藝修複,或(huò)重新加工。重(zhòng)新(xīn)加工時(shí),須(xū)滿足長、短軸上(shàng)的鍵槽對(duì)軸心(xīn)線的(de)平行度和對稱(chēng)度的要求;裝在(zài)軸上(shàng)的平鍵與齒輪鍵(jiàn)槽的配(pèi)合間(jiān)隙均(jun1)不能(néng)過大;軸不得在(zài)齒輪内(nèi)孔産生徑向擺動(dòng);軸頸(jǐng)與安(ān)裝齒(chǐ)輪部分配(pèi)合表面的(de)同軸度不(bú)得大(dà)于10μm,兩端軸頸的同軸度不(bú)得超(chāo)過20-30μm。
kcb齒輪泵(bèng)作用是将(jiāng)機油提高(gāo)到一定壓(yā)力後,強制(zhì)地壓(yā)送到(dào)發動機各(gè)零件的運(yùn)動表面上。其結構多(duō)采用齒輪(lún)式機(jī)油泵。發(fā)動機(jī)工(gōng)作時,曲軸帶動(dòng)主動齒輪傳動(dòng),被動(dòng)齒(chǐ)輪(lún)作反(fǎn)方向(xiàng)旋轉。吸油(yóu)腔内的機(jī)油便沿着齒隙和泵(bèng)壁壓入(rù)出油腔。因吸油腔(qiāng)内的機油被(bèi)不斷帶(dài)走,故(gù)吸油腔内(nèi)産生(shēng)吸力,不斷(duàn)地将(jiāng)油底(dǐ)殼内的機(jī)油吸(xī)入吸油腔(qiāng),并同時将(jiāng)一定壓(yā)力(lì)的機油泵(bèng)入潤滑油(yóu)路。
齒輪油泵是(shì)借一對相(xiàng)互齧合的齒輪,将機械(xiè)能轉換(huàn)為油壓能(néng)的裝(zhuāng)置。在(zài)空壓機的(de)潤滑系統中被(bèi)廣泛(fàn)采用。油泵(bèng)在運轉中(zhōng)的故障通常是(shì)潤滑(huá)系統中(zhōng)油壓降(jiàng)低,甚(shèn)至有時打(dǎ)不上油(yóu)。其原因大體有:1)旋轉方向與規定(dìng)方向相反;2)吸油管路(lù)不嚴密,單向閥(fá)卡住;3)油泵的泵(bèng)體與泵蓋(gài)之(zhī)間(jiān)密封不良;4)油槽(cáo)内油量不足;5)油泵零(líng)件嚴重磨(mó)損;6)吸油過濾網(wǎng)被堵塞。
實(shí)際工作(zuò)中(zhōng)應根(gēn)據具體(tǐ)情(qíng)況進(jìn)行不同處(chù)理。在檢修中(zhōng)應特别(bié)注意(yì)吸油(yóu)管(guǎn)道(dào)的密封,以及齒(chǐ)輪油泵(bèng)泵體與(yǔ)泵蓋之間(jiān)的密封。吸入端如果密封不良(liáng),則油(yóu)泵進口漏(lòu),造成(chéng)油泵抽空,自然(rán)就要(yào)打不上油(yóu)。
