●kcb齒輪泵(bèng)概述(shù)

  kcb齒輪(lún)油泵(bèng)在輸(shū)油系(xì)統(tǒng)中(zhōng)可(kě)用作傳(chuán)輸、增(zēng)壓泵;kcb gear oil pump in the oil system can be used as a transport, booster pump;

 ●kcb齒輪(lún)泵安裝(zhuāng)說(shuō)明:

 ●kcb齒(chǐ)輪泵安裝順序(xù): kcb gear pump installation order:

  1、在安(ān)裝過(guò)程中,為防(fáng)止雜(zá)物落(luò)入機器内(nèi),機組(zǔ)的(de)所有孔(kǒng)眼均應蓋(gài)好。1, during the installation process, so as to prevent debris into the machine, all perforation should cover of the unit.

  泵主要(yào)有泵體(tǐ)、齒(chǐ)輪、軸(zhóu)、軸承(chéng)、安全閥、前(qián)蓋、後(hòu)蓋、密(mì)封部(bù)件、聯軸器部件組成。設(shè)有(yǒu)安全閥的泵(bèng)、當(dāng)油管(guǎn)路的液(yè)壓值超(chāo)過泵(bèng)的(de)規定時(shí),安全閥開啟,保(bǎo)證泵及(jí)原動機(jī)不緻因(yīn)壓(yā)力過(guò)高而受到(dào)損(sǔn)壞(huài)。軸端密封(fēng)有三(sān)種形式(shì):填料密(mì)封、機(jī)械密封、橡(xiàng)膠(jiāo)圈密封(fēng),用戶(hù)可根據具體的(de)使用(yòng)條(tiáo)件選擇合适(shì)的(de)密封結(jié)構。泵(bèng)有良好的(de)自吸性,泵内運(yùn)動部(bù)件利用輸(shū)送的(de)液體實現(xiàn)潤滑(huá),緻工作時(shí)可以(yǐ)不加引液(yè)和潤滑劑。

●kcb齒輪(lún)泵安(ān)裝: kcb gear pump installation:

  1、泵安裝(zhuāng)前應(yīng)檢查泵和電機(jī)在運(yùn)輸(shū)過程中(zhōng)是否受到損壞(huài),如電機是否受(shòu)潮,泵的進(jìn)出口(kǒu)防塵蓋是否損(sǔn)壞而使污物進入泵腔(qiāng)内等。

  2、泵在搬(bān)運過程中,應選擇合适起(qǐ)吊位置,減少泵的變形。2, pump in the process of handling, should choose appropriate lifting position, reduce the deformation of the pump.

  5、管路口(kǒu)徑一般(bān)不(bú)小于(yú)泵的進出口徑(jìng),進油管路(lù)應盡(jìn)量短,并(bìng)減少彎(wān)路。必(bì)要時(shí)在進油口(kǒu)安裝金屬(shǔ)過濾器,過(guò)濾器的有效面積不(bú)應小(xiǎo)于(yú)管(guǎn)道過(guò)流面積(jī)的三倍(bèi)。

  6、安(ān)裝(zhuāng)時,不得用(yòng)泵來承擔(dān)管路的重(zhòng)量。7、用(yòng)手轉(zhuǎn)動聯軸器(qì),泵應(yīng)轉動靈活(huó),不得有過緊或(huò)輕重不均現(xiàn)象(xiàng),如有應立(lì)即排除。

 ●kcb齒(chǐ)輪泵的開機: kcb gear pump of the boot:

  1、開機前應檢(jiǎn)查泵(bèng)軸轉動是(shì)否靈活,有無卡阻現(xiàn)象,進出口(kǒu)管道(dào)上的(de)閥門(mén)是否開啟,泵的(de)轉動方向是否(fǒu)正确(què)。

  2、長時(shí)間沒(méi)有(yǒu)使(shǐ)用的(de)泵開(kāi)機前應向(xiàng)泵(bèng)腔中注(zhù)入一(yī)定量的潤滑液(yè),以減少泵(bèng)在吸(xī)油過程中的幹(gàn)摩擦,并可提高泵的自吸性能(néng)。

  3、開機後如有不正常的噪(zào)音或過(guò)熱(rè)現象(xiàng),應立(lì)即停車檢(jiǎn)查。3, after the boot if there is any abnormal noise or overheating phenomenon, should immediately stop check.

  5、若輸(shū)送熱(rè)油,在(zài)開機時應(yīng)均勻預熱(rè),預熱(rè)是利用被(bèi)輸送的介質不(bú)斷通(tōng)過泵(bèng)體進(jìn)行的。預熱标準(zhǔn):吸入口的油溫(wēn)不得(dé)高于(yú)泵體(tǐ)溫(wēn)度40℃,預熱的升(shēng)溫速(sù)度(dù)控制在(zài)<40℃/h,在預熱時應将(jiāng)固定泵體(tǐ)的螺(luó)栓松(sōng)開,預熱完(wán)畢,将其擰緊。在(zài)預熱過(guò)程中(zhōng),應(yīng)注意觀察(chá)泵的運行情況,以但(dàn)發生(shēng)不(bú)良情況(kuàng),應(yīng)立(lì)即停泵檢(jiǎn)查。  6、泵停機(jī)後,首先切斷(duàn)電源,然(rán)後關閉(bì)進出口(kǒu)管道(dào)上的閥門,避免造成泵倒轉。7、泵經(jīng)過長期使用,壓力流量(liàng)有明(míng)顯下(xià)降時(shí),應拆泵檢(jiǎn)查,更(gèng)換(huàn)其己磨損的(de)零件(jiàn)。

 

●kcb齒輪(lún)油(yóu)泵(輸油泵)機械(xiè)密(mì)封的運轉(zhuǎn)

  1.kcb齒輪(lún)油(yóu)泵(輸油泵)啟(qǐ)動後若有輕微(wēi)洩漏(lòu)現(xiàn)象,應觀察一(yī)段(duàn)時間。如(rú)齒輪(lún)泵連續運(yùn)行4小時,洩漏量(liàng)仍不(bú)減小(xiǎo),則應(yīng)停泵(bèng)檢(jiǎn)查。

  2.kcb齒輪油(yóu)泵(輸油(yóu)泵)的操作壓力應(yīng)平穩,壓力波(bō)動不大于1公(gōng)斤(jīn)/平方厘米。

  3.kcb齒輪(lún)油泵(輸油(yóu)泵)在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中,應(yīng)避(bì)免發生抽空(kōng)現象,以免(miǎn)造成密封面幹(gàn)摩擦(cā)及密封破壞。

  4.齒(chǐ)輪泵密封情況要經常檢(jiǎn)查。運(yùn)轉中,當其(qí)洩漏超(chāo)過标準(zhǔn)時,重(zhòng)質油(yóu)大于5滴/分,輕(qīng)質油不(bú)大于(yú)10滴/分,如2-3日(rì)内仍無好轉趨(qū)勢,則應停泵栓(shuān)查密(mì)封裝置。

●齒(chǐ)輪(lún)油(yóu)泵機(jī)械密封的(de)安裝

  1.kcb齒輪油泵(bèng)(輸油泵)啟動前(qián)應保持密封腔(qiāng)内充滿液(yè)體。對于輸(shū)送凝(níng)固的(de)介質時,應用蒸(zhēng)汽将密封腔加(jiā)熱使介(jiè)質熔化(huà)。啟動前必須盤(pán)車,以防止突然(rán)啟動(dòng)而造成(chéng)軟環碎裂.遠東泵(bèng)業

  2.對于利用齒(chǐ)輪泵外封(fēng)油(yóu)系(xì)統的機械(xiè)密封(fēng),應先(xiān)啟動封油系(xì)統。停車(chē)後後停止(zhǐ)封油(yóu)系統(tǒng)。kcb齒輪泵

  3.泵停運後不(bú)能馬上停(tíng)止封(fēng)油腔及端面密(mì)封的(de)冷(lěng)卻(què)水,應待端(duān)面密(mì)封處油溫降到80度以(yǐ)下時,才可以停止冷卻水,以免(miǎn)損壞(huài)密封零件(jiàn)。

●kcb齒輪(lún)泵(bèng)常見(jiàn)故障及解決方(fāng)法

    目(mù)前,kcb齒輪(lún)泵(bèng)(kcb不鏽鋼齒(chǐ)輪泵)在自卸汽車與工程機械(xiè)操縱機構中運(yùn)用較多(duō),現(xiàn)将其(qí)常(cháng)見(jiàn)故障及除(chú)方法介紹如下(xià),供參考。   

  1、産(chǎn)生振動與噪聲(shēng)的原因

  

  (2)機(jī)械原因

   ①泵與聯軸器(qì)的連接因不合規定要求而産生振動及噪聲(shēng)。應按(àn)規(guī)定要求(qiú)調整(zhěng)聯軸器。   

   ②因油中(zhōng)污物進入泵(bèng)内導緻(zhì)齒輪等部件磨損拉傷而産生(shēng)噪聲。應(yīng)更換油液,加(jiā)強過濾,拆(chāi)開泵清洗(xǐ);對磨(mó)損嚴(yán)重的齒輪(lún),須修理或更換。   

   ③泵(bèng)内零件(jiàn)損壞或(huò)磨(mó)損嚴(yán)重将(jiāng)産(chǎn)生振動(dòng)與噪聲:如齒形誤差(chà)或周節誤(wù)差大,兩齒(chǐ)輪接(jiē)觸不良,齒面粗(cū)糙度高(gāo),公法線(xiàn)長度(dù)超(chāo)差(chà),齒側(cè)隙(xì)過(guò)小,兩齧合齒輪的接觸區(qū)不在(zài)分度圓位(wèi)置等。此時,可更換齒(chǐ)輪或将齒輪對(duì)研。同時,軸(zhóu)承的滾(gǔn)針保持(chí)架破(pò)損、長短軸(zhóu)軸頸及滾針磨(mó)損等(děng),均可導緻軸承旋(xuán)轉不暢而産(chǎn)生機械噪(zào)聲,此(cǐ)時(shí)需(xū)拆修齒輪(lún)泵(bèng),更換滾(gǔn)針軸(zhóu)承。   

   ④kcb齒輪泵(kcb不(bú)鏽鋼齒(chǐ)輪泵(bèng))齒輪軸向裝配間隙過小(xiǎo);齒輪端面與前(qián)後端(duān)蓋之間的滑動接合面因齒輪在裝(zhuāng)配前毛刺(cì)未(wèi)能仔細清除,從(cóng)而運轉(zhuǎn)時拉(lā)傷接(jiē)合面(miàn),使内(nèi)洩漏大,導(dǎo)緻輸(shū)出流(liú)量減少;污物進(jìn)入泵(bèng)内并楔(xiē)入齒輪(lún)端面(miàn)與前後端(duān)蓋之間的(de)間隙内拉(lā)傷配合(hé)面(miàn),導緻高低壓腔(qiāng)因出(chū)現(xiàn)徑向拉(lā)傷的溝槽(cáo)而連(lián)通,使輸出流量(liàng)減小。對(duì)上述(shù)情(qíng)況應(yīng)分别采用(yòng)以下措施修複(fú)。拆解齒輪泵,适(shì)當地(dì)加大(dà)軸向間隙即(jí)研磨(mó)齒(chǐ)輪的端面(miàn);用平面磨床(chuáng)磨平前(qián)後蓋(gài)端面和齒輪端(duān)面,并清除(chú)輪齒(chǐ)上的毛(máo)刺(cì)(不能倒(dǎo)角(jiǎo));經平(píng)面磨削後(hòu)的前(qián)後端蓋其(qí)端面(miàn)上卸荷槽的深(shēn)度尺寸會有變(biàn)化,應(yīng)适當(dāng)增加(jiā)寬度。   

  (3)其他(tā)原因(yīn)   

   油液的黏度高也會(huì)産生噪聲(shēng),必須選用(yòng)黏度合适(shì)的油液。   

  2、kcb齒輪泵(kcb不鏽(xiù)鋼齒(chǐ)輪(lún)泵)輸出流量(liàng)不足   

   ①油溫高将使其黏度(dù)下降、内洩漏增(zēng)加,使泵輸出流量減(jiǎn)小。應查明(míng)原因采(cǎi)取措施(shī);對于中高(gāo)壓齒(chǐ)輪泵,須檢查密封圈是否破損(sǔn)。   

   ②選用(yòng)油的(de)黏度(dù)過高或(huò)過(guò)低,均會造(zào)成泵(bèng)的輸(shū)出流量減(jiǎn)少,應使用(yòng)黏度(dù)合格的油品。   

   ③kcb齒輪(lún)泵一般(bān)不可以反轉,如(rú)泵體裝(zhuāng)反,将造(zào)成壓油(yóu)腔與吸(xī)油(yóu)腔局部短接(jiē),使其流(liú)量(liàng)減少(shǎo)甚至吸不上油來。此(cǐ)時,應(yīng)查泵(bèng)的轉(zhuǎn)向。   

   ④發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉速不夠(gòu),造成流量(liàng)減(jiǎn)小。應查明原因并(bìng)加以除。   

  3、旋(xuán)轉不暢(chàng)   

   ①軸向間隙或徑向(xiàng)間隙(xì)太小。重新(xīn)加以調整(zhěng)修配   

   ②泵内有污(wū)物。解體以清除異(yì)物。   

   ③裝配(pèi)有誤(wù)。齒輪(lún)泵兩(liǎng)銷孔的加(jiā)工基(jī)準面并(bìng)非裝配(pèi)基準(zhǔn)面,如先将(jiāng)銷子打入(rù),再擰緊螺釘,泵會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)不動。正(zhèng)确(què)的方(fāng)法是,邊(biān)轉動齒(chǐ)輪泵(bèng)邊擰緊螺釘(dìng),配鑽銷孔并(bìng)打入銷子。   

   ④泵與發動(dòng)機聯(lián)軸器的同軸度(dù)差。同軸度應保(bǎo)證在0.1mm以(yǐ)内(nèi)。   

   ⑤泵内(nèi)零(líng)件未退(tuì)磁。裝(zhuāng)配前(qián)所有(yǒu)零件均須退磁(cí)。   

   ⑥滾針套質(zhì)量不合格或滾(gǔn)針斷裂。修(xiū)理(lǐ)或(huò)更換。   

   ⑦工作油輸(shū)出口(kǒu)被堵(dǔ)塞。清除(chú)異物。   

  4、發(fā)熱

  ①造(zào)成齒輪泵旋轉(zhuǎn)不暢的各項原因均能導緻齒(chǐ)輪泵(bèng)發熱,除方(fāng)法亦可參照其(qí)執行(háng)。   

   ②油液黏度過(guò)高或過(guò)低。重(zhòng)新(xīn)選(xuǎn)油。   

   ③側(cè)闆、軸套與(yǔ)齒輪(lún)端面嚴重摩擦。修複或更(gèng)換。   

   ④環(huán)境溫(wēn)度高,油箱容積(jī)小,散熱不(bú)良,都(dōu)會使泵(bèng)發熱。應(yīng)分别(bié)處(chù)理。   

  5、kcb齒輪泵(kcb不(bú)鏽鋼齒輪泵)主(zhǔ)要零件的修(xiū)複   

  (1)齒(chǐ)輪   

   ①齒形(xíng)修理:用細砂(shā)布(bù)或油(yóu)石除(chú)去拉(lā)傷或已(yǐ)磨成多(duō)棱形的部(bù)位,再(zài)将(jiāng)齒輪齧合面(miàn)調換方位并适(shì)當地進(jìn)行對研(yán),清洗幹淨(jìng);對用(yòng)肉眼能觀察到的嚴重磨損件,應予以(yǐ)更(gèng)換(huàn)。   

   ②端面修(xiū)理:齒輪端(duān)面(miàn)由于與(yǔ)軸承(chéng)座(zuò)或前後(hòu)蓋(gài)相(xiàng)對轉動而(ér)磨損(sǔn),輕時(shí)會起(qǐ)線,可用研磨方(fāng)法将起線(xiàn)毛刺(cì)痕迹研去并抛(pāo)光(guāng);磨損嚴(yán)重時,應将(jiāng)齒輪放在(zài)平面(miàn)磨(mó)床上進(jìn)行修磨(mó)。應注意(yì):兩個齒輪必須同時放(fàng)在平面(miàn)磨床(chuáng)上進(jìn)行修(xiū)磨,目的是(shì)為了(le)保證兩個(gè)齒輪的厚(hòu)度(dù)差在5μm範(fàn)圍内;同(tóng)時必須(xū)保證端面與孔(kǒng)的垂直(zhí)度(dù)及兩(liǎng)端面(miàn)的(de)平行度(dù)均在(zài)5μm範圍(wéi)内,并(bìng)用油石将銳邊(biān)倒鈍,但切(qiē)不(bú)可倒角,做(zuò)到(dào)無毛刺、飛邊(biān)即可。   

   ③當(dāng)齒輪的齧(niè)合表面(miàn)磨(mó)損時(shí),應用油石将磨(mó)損所産生(shēng)的毛刺去掉(diào);同(tóng)時,調換齒輪的(de)齧合(hé)方位(wèi),使原來不(bú)齧合工作的齒(chǐ)形表(biǎo)面進行齧(niè)合工作,這(zhè)樣不(bú)僅能(néng)保證其原(yuán)有(yǒu)的工作性能(néng),還能(néng)延(yán)長(zhǎng)齒輪(lún)的工作壽命。   

  (2)kcb齒輪泵(kcb不鏽鋼齒(chǐ)輪泵(bèng))泵體(tǐ)   

   泵(bèng)體的磨(mó)損,主要在(zài)内腔(qiāng)與齒(chǐ)輪項圓相(xiàng)接觸的那(nà)一面(miàn),且多發(fā)生在吸(xī)油側(cè)。如果泵體屬于對稱型,可(kě)将泵體翻(fān)轉180度(dù)後再用;如(rú)果泵(bèng)體屬(shǔ)于非對稱(chēng)型,則需(xū)采用電(diàn)鍍青(qīng)銅合金(jīn)工(gōng)藝或(huò)電刷鍍的(de)方法修複泵體内腔(qiāng)孔的磨損部(bù)位。   

  (3)軸承(chéng)座圈   

   軸承座圈(quān)的(de)磨損一(yī)般在與(yǔ)齒輪接(jiē)觸的(de)那一端面(miàn)和與(yǔ)滾針(zhēn)接觸(chù)的内(nèi)孔上(shàng)。端面(miàn)磨損(sǔn)或(huò)拉毛起(qǐ)線時,可(kě)将(jiāng)4個軸承座(zuò)圈放(fàng)在平(píng)面磨床(chuáng)上(shàng),以不(bú)與齒輪接觸的(de)那一面為基準将拉(lā)毛端面磨平,其精度應保證在10μm範圍内。軸(zhóu)承座圈一(yī)般(bān)磨損較小(xiǎo),若磨損(sǔn)嚴重(zhòng),可研(yán)磨;或(huò)适當地加大孔(kǒng)徑(jìng)并(bìng)重新選配(pèi)滾針(zhēn);或更換軸承座圈。   

  (4)長、短軸(zhóu)   

   長、短軸的(de)失效(xiào),主要(yào)是(shì)在與滾針軸(zhóu)承相接觸處出現磨(mó)損(sǔn)。如(rú)果磨損輕微,可采用抛光修(xiū)複(并更(gèng)換(huàn)新的滾針軸(zhóu)承);如果磨損嚴(yán)重或折(shé)斷(duàn),則需(xū)用鍍(dù)鉻工藝修(xiū)複,或重新(xīn)加工。重新加工時,須(xū)滿足長、短軸上的鍵槽對軸心線的(de)平行度和(hé)對稱(chēng)度的要求(qiú);裝在軸上的平(píng)鍵與齒輪(lún)鍵槽(cáo)的配合間隙均(jun1)不能(néng)過大;軸不(bú)得在齒輪(lún)内孔産生(shēng)徑(jìng)向擺動(dòng);軸頸與安裝齒(chǐ)輪部(bù)分配(pèi)合表(biǎo)面的同(tóng)軸度不(bú)得大(dà)于(yú)10μm,兩端軸(zhóu)頸(jǐng)的同(tóng)軸(zhóu)度不(bú)得超(chāo)過20-30μm。

  kcb齒(chǐ)輪泵(bèng)作用是将(jiāng)機油提(tí)高到一(yī)定壓力後,強制(zhì)地壓送(sòng)到發動(dòng)機各零件的(de)運(yùn)動表(biǎo)面上(shàng)。其結(jié)構多采用(yòng)齒輪式機(jī)油泵。發動(dòng)機工作時(shí),曲軸帶動主動齒輪傳動(dòng),被動齒輪作反(fǎn)方向旋轉(zhuǎn)。吸油腔(qiāng)内的機油便沿着齒隙(xì)和泵壁壓(yā)入出(chū)油腔。因吸油腔(qiāng)内的機油(yóu)被不斷帶(dài)走(zǒu),故吸油(yóu)腔内産生吸力(lì),不斷(duàn)地将油底(dǐ)殼内(nèi)的(de)機(jī)油吸(xī)入吸油(yóu)腔,并同時将(jiāng)一(yī)定壓力的機(jī)油泵(bèng)入潤(rùn)滑油路。

   齒輪油(yóu)泵是借一(yī)對相互(hù)齧(niè)合的(de)齒輪,将(jiāng)機械能(néng)轉換為油(yóu)壓能(néng)的裝置。在空壓(yā)機的潤(rùn)滑(huá)系統中被廣泛采用(yòng)。油泵在(zài)運轉中(zhōng)的故障通常是(shì)潤滑系統中油(yóu)壓降低(dī),甚至有(yǒu)時打不上(shàng)油。其(qí)原因大體有:1)旋(xuán)轉方向與規定(dìng)方向相反;2)吸油(yóu)管路不嚴(yán)密,單向閥卡住(zhù);3)油泵(bèng)的泵體與(yǔ)泵蓋(gài)之間(jiān)密封不良(liáng);4)油槽内油量不(bú)足;5)油泵(bèng)零件嚴(yán)重磨損(sǔn);6)吸油過濾網(wǎng)被堵塞。

實際工作中(zhōng)應根據具體(tǐ)情(qíng)況進行不(bú)同處理。在(zài)檢修中應(yīng)特别注意吸油管道(dào)的密封,以(yǐ)及齒輪油(yóu)泵泵(bèng)體與(yǔ)泵蓋之間(jiān)的密封(fēng)。吸(xī)入端如果(guǒ)密封不良(liáng),則油泵進(jìn)口漏(lòu),造成(chéng)油泵抽(chōu)空(kōng),自然就要打不(bú)上油(yóu)。
