●高粘(zhān)度液(yè)體(tǐ)齒輪泵(bèng)概述
   該泵适用(yòng)于輸(shū)送不含固體顆粒的(de)重油、瀝青、膠類、樹脂(zhī)、洗滌劑等(děng)各類(lèi)在常溫下(xià)有凝固性(xìng)的介質(zhì)。尤(yóu)其适用于(yú)高寒地區室(shì)外安裝(zhuāng)和工(gōng)藝過程中(zhōng)介質需要保溫(wēn)的場合。
   該泵的泵體設有空心(xīn)夾層，并(bìng)設有進(jìn)出口法蘭，可用(yòng)于導熱油、蒸汽(qì)、熱水等(děng)媒體對(duì)輸送的液(yè)體和(hé)泵進行加熱、保(bǎo)溫及冷卻(què)。當輸送(sòng)介質(zhì)的粘度(dù)大于(yú) 1500cst 時(shí)，應(yīng)采用(yòng)減速(sù)傳動(dòng)方式。一般情況下采(cǎi)用泵與電機直(zhí)聯的傳動方式(shì)。

●高粘(zhān)度液(yè)體齒輪泵工作原理
   齧合(hé)的吃了在(zài)泵(bèng)體(tǐ)内旋(xuán)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，輪齒(chǐ)不斷進入(rù)和退出齧(niè)合。在吸入(rù)室，輪齒鑄件退出齧(niè)合狀态(tài)，這(zhè)樣吸入室的容積逐漸增多，壓(yā)力降低，液體在(zài)液面壓力(lì)的作(zuò)用下(xià)進(jìn)入吸入(rù)室，随齒輪齒間(jiān)進入排(pái)出(chū)室。在排出(chū)室，輪齒又(yòu)逐漸進(jìn)入(rù)齧合(hé)狀态(tài)，齒輪(lún)的齒(chǐ)間逐(zhú)漸被(bèi)齒輪的輪齒占據，排(pái)出室(shì)的容積減少，排(pái)出(chū)室内的(de)液體(tǐ)壓力升高，于是液體從泵(bèng)的排出(chū)口(kǒu)被排(pái)出泵外(wài) , 齒輪連(lián)續(xù)旋轉 , 上述過程不斷進行 , 形成連(lián)續的(de)輸油(yóu)過程(chéng) .
●泵(bèng)的(de)結構
    泵主(zhǔ)要由(yóu)泵體(tǐ)、齒輪(lún)、軸、軸承、閥(fá)蓋、前(qián)蓋、後蓋(gài)、密(mì)封部件(jiàn)、聯軸器等部(bù)件(jiàn)組成。
    軸端密(mì)封有兩種形(xíng)式：填(tián)料(liào)密封(fēng)、機械密封，用戶(hù)可根據具體的使用條(tiáo)件選用(yòng)合适的(de)密封結(jié)構(gòu)。
