●3g三(sān)螺杆泵工(gōng)作原(yuán)理:

　　3g型(xíng)三螺(luó)杆泵是(shì)轉子型(xíng)容積(jī)泵，适(shì)于輸(shū)送各(gè)種不(bú)含固(gù)體顆(kē)粒，無腐蝕(shí)性油類及類似(sì)油的潤滑(huá)性液(yè)體、輸送液體粘(zhān)度2~760mm2/s，溫(wēn)度不超過(guò)80℃,超過80℃可用高溫(wēn)泵3gw型。3 g type is three screw pump rotor type positive displacement pump, is suitable for conveying various not containing solid particles, non-corrosive oil lubricity and similar oil liquid, conveying liquid viscosity was 2 to 760 / s, temperature not over 80℃, more than 80℃high temperature pump available 3 gw type.

   3g型三(sān)螺杆具有(yǒu)多種(zhǒng)結構，一般小流(liú)量泵襯套(tào)和泵(bèng)體合為一(yī)個，可(kě)以卧式(shì)和(hé)立式(shì)安裝(zhuāng)。進(jìn)油口方(fāng)向可相隔(gé)90°任意(yì)安裝(zhuāng)，軸封多數(shù)為機(jī)構密封。中(zhōng)等流(liú)量以上泵(bèng)，襯套為一(yī)個單(dān)獨的(de)零件固定(dìng)于泵體内，螺杆軸端裝有平衡(héng)環以液力平衡其軸(zhóu)向(xiàng)力(lì)。一般(bān)結構為卧式。進油口(kǒu)方(fāng)向亦可(kě)以相隔90°任意安(ān)裝。改(gǎi)變泵體後(hòu)可制成立式。軸(zhóu)封根據(jù)情況有(yǒu)機械(xiè)密封(fēng)和軟填料密封兩種(zhǒng)結構。

●3g三螺杆泵(bèng)輸送各種(zhǒng)油類時應(yīng)注(zhù)意事項(xiàng)：when conveying various oil matters should be paid attention to:

   1、輸(shū)送40~150mm2/s的油(yóu)類最合适，允許(xǔ)按泵的最高工(gōng)作壓力使用(yòng)。2、輸送40mm2/s以下的(de)油類，為保證(zhèng)泵的流(liú)量及(jí)壽(shòu)命(mìng)應降(jiàng)壓(yā)使用。3、輸(shū)送150mm2/s以(yǐ)上的(de)油類(lèi)，且(qiě)進(jìn)油管道過長，彎(wān)頭過(guò)多，泵工作(zuò)時如(rú)産生噪音(yīn)或振動現象，則應考慮更換低(dī)一級(jí)轉速(sù)的電(diàn)機運轉或縮短(duǎn)吸入管道(dào)，減少彎(wān)頭。

 ●3g型三(sān)螺杆泵(bèng)安裝要求:3 g type three-screw pump installation requirements:
