●kcb齒(chǐ)輪泵概述(shù)

  kcb齒輪(lún)油泵(bèng)在輸油系統(tǒng)中(zhōng)可用作傳(chuán)輸、增壓泵;kcb gear oil pump in the oil system can be used as a transport, booster pump;

  在燃(rán)油系統中(zhōng)可用作輸送(sòng)、加壓、噴(pēn)射的燃(rán)油(yóu)泵(bèng);in the fuel system can be used as a transport, pressure, jet fuel pump;

 ●kcb齒(chǐ)輪泵安裝(zhuāng)順序: kcb gear pump installation order:

  1、在安裝過程中(zhōng),為防止(zhǐ)雜物落(luò)入機(jī)器内,機(jī)組的所有孔眼均(jun1)應蓋好。1, during the installation process, so as to prevent debris into the machine, all perforation should cover of the unit.

●kcb齒(chǐ)輪(lún)泵的結(jié)構:kcb gear pump structure:

  泵主要有(yǒu)泵(bèng)體、齒輪、軸、軸承(chéng)、安全閥、前蓋、後(hòu)蓋、密封(fēng)部件、聯(lián)軸器(qì)部件(jiàn)組成(chéng)。設有安全閥的(de)泵、當油(yóu)管(guǎn)路的(de)液壓值(zhí)超(chāo)過泵(bèng)的規(guī)定時,安全(quán)閥開啟,保證泵及原(yuán)動機不緻(zhì)因壓力過(guò)高而(ér)受到損壞。軸端(duān)密封(fēng)有三(sān)種形(xíng)式:填料(liào)密(mì)封、機(jī)械密封、橡膠(jiāo)圈密封,用戶(hù)可根(gēn)據具(jù)體的使用(yòng)條件選(xuǎn)擇合适的密封結構。泵(bèng)有良好的自吸(xī)性,泵内運(yùn)動部(bù)件利用(yòng)輸(shū)送的(de)液體實現潤滑,緻工作時(shí)可以(yǐ)不加引液和潤滑劑(jì)。

●kcb齒輪(lún)泵安裝: kcb gear pump installation:

  1、泵安裝(zhuāng)前應(yīng)檢查(chá)泵和(hé)電機(jī)在運(yùn)輸過程中(zhōng)是否(fǒu)受到損壞(huài),如電機是否受潮,泵(bèng)的進出口防塵(chén)蓋是否損壞而(ér)使污物進入泵(bèng)腔内等。

  2、泵(bèng)在搬運過程中,應選擇合适起(qǐ)吊位(wèi)置,減(jiǎn)少泵(bèng)的變(biàn)形。2, pump in the process of handling, should choose appropriate lifting position, reduce the deformation of the pump.

  5、管路口徑一般不小(xiǎo)于(yú)泵的進出口徑(jìng),進油管路(lù)應(yīng)盡(jìn)量短(duǎn),并減少彎(wān)路。必(bì)要時在進(jìn)油口(kǒu)安裝金屬(shǔ)過濾(lǜ)器,過(guò)濾(lǜ)器的有(yǒu)效面(miàn)積不應小(xiǎo)于管道過流面積的三倍。

  6、安裝時,不(bú)得用泵來承(chéng)擔管路的重(zhòng)量。7、用手轉動聯軸器,泵應(yīng)轉動(dòng)靈活,不得(dé)有過(guò)緊(jǐn)或輕重(zhòng)不均現(xiàn)象,如有應立(lì)即排除。

 ●kcb齒(chǐ)輪泵(bèng)的開機: kcb gear pump of the boot:

  1、開(kāi)機前應檢(jiǎn)查泵軸轉動是否靈活,有(yǒu)無卡(kǎ)阻現(xiàn)象,進出口管道(dào)上的閥門(mén)是(shì)否開啟,泵的轉動(dòng)方向是否正确(què)。

  2、長時間沒有使用的(de)泵開(kāi)機前應向(xiàng)泵腔中注入(rù)一(yī)定量(liàng)的潤(rùn)滑液,以減(jiǎn)少泵在吸油過(guò)程中的幹(gàn)摩擦(cā),并可提高泵的(de)自吸性能(néng)。

  3、開機(jī)後如有不(bú)正常的噪音或過熱現象(xiàng),應立即停車檢查。3, after the boot if there is any abnormal noise or overheating phenomenon, should immediately stop check.

  5、若(ruò)輸送熱油,在(zài)開機時應(yīng)均勻預熱,預熱(rè)是利用被輸送的介質不斷通過泵(bèng)體進行的(de)。預熱(rè)标(biāo)準:吸入(rù)口(kǒu)的(de)油溫不得(dé)高于泵(bèng)體溫度(dù)40℃,預熱(rè)的升(shēng)溫速(sù)度控制在<40℃/h,在預(yù)熱時(shí)應将固定(dìng)泵體的螺栓松(sōng)開,預熱完畢(bì),将(jiāng)其擰緊(jǐn)。在(zài)預熱(rè)過程(chéng)中(zhōng),應(yīng)注意(yì)觀察(chá)泵的(de)運行情況(kuàng),以但(dàn)發生(shēng)不良情(qíng)況,應立(lì)即停泵檢查。  6、泵(bèng)停機後,首先切(qiē)斷電源,然後關(guān)閉進出(chū)口(kǒu)管道(dào)上的閥門,避免(miǎn)造成泵(bèng)倒轉。7、泵經過長期使用(yòng),壓力(lì)流量有明顯下降時,應拆(chāi)泵檢查,更換其(qí)己磨損的(de)零件(jiàn)。

 

●kcb齒輪油泵(bèng)(輸油(yóu)泵)機(jī)械(xiè)密封的運轉

  1.kcb齒輪油泵(輸油泵)啟動後若有(yǒu)輕(qīng)微洩漏現象,應觀(guān)察一段(duàn)時間(jiān)。如齒輪(lún)泵連續運(yùn)行4小(xiǎo)時,洩(xiè)漏(lòu)量仍不(bú)減小,則應停泵(bèng)檢查(chá)。

  2.kcb齒輪(lún)油泵(bèng)(輸油(yóu)泵)的(de)操作(zuò)壓力應平(píng)穩,壓力(lì)波(bō)動不大于(yú)1公(gōng)斤(jīn)/平方(fāng)厘米(mǐ)。

  3.kcb齒輪(lún)油泵(輸(shū)油泵)在(zài)運轉中,應避免(miǎn)發生抽空現象(xiàng),以免造成(chéng)密封(fēng)面幹(gàn)摩擦及密(mì)封破(pò)壞。

  4.齒(chǐ)輪泵密封情況(kuàng)要經常(cháng)檢(jiǎn)查。運轉中,當其(qí)洩漏超過标(biāo)準時,重(zhòng)質油大于5滴/分(fèn),輕質油不(bú)大于(yú)10滴/分,如2-3日内仍無好轉趨(qū)勢,則(zé)應停泵栓查密(mì)封(fēng)裝置。

●齒(chǐ)輪油泵(bèng)機(jī)械密(mì)封的安裝(zhuāng)

  1.kcb齒輪油泵(輸油泵)啟(qǐ)動前應保(bǎo)持密封腔内充(chōng)滿液體。對于(yú)輸送凝(níng)固的介質(zhì)時,應(yīng)用蒸汽将(jiāng)密封(fēng)腔加熱使(shǐ)介質熔化。啟動(dòng)前必須盤(pán)車(chē),以防止(zhǐ)突然(rán)啟動(dòng)而造(zào)成(chéng)軟環碎(suì)裂.遠東泵業

  2.對于利用齒(chǐ)輪泵外封油系(xì)統的(de)機(jī)械(xiè)密封,應先啟動封油系統(tǒng)。停(tíng)車後後(hòu)停止封(fēng)油系統(tǒng)。kcb齒輪泵

  3.泵停運後不能馬(mǎ)上停止(zhǐ)封油腔(qiāng)及端面(miàn)密(mì)封的(de)冷卻(què)水,應待端(duān)面密封處油溫降到(dào)80度(dù)以(yǐ)下時,才可(kě)以停(tíng)止冷卻水,以免損壞(huài)密封零(líng)件。

●kcb齒(chǐ)輪泵常見(jiàn)故障及解(jiě)決方法

    目前,kcb齒輪泵(kcb不鏽鋼(gāng)齒輪泵)在自(zì)卸(xiè)汽(qì)車與工程(chéng)機(jī)械(xiè)操縱(zòng)機(jī)構(gòu)中運用較(jiào)多,現将其常(cháng)見(jiàn)故障及除方法介紹如(rú)下(xià),供參(cān)考。   

  1、産(chǎn)生振(zhèn)動與噪聲(shēng)的原(yuán)因

  

  (2)機械原因

   ①泵(bèng)與聯軸器(qì)的連(lián)接因不合規定(dìng)要求而産生振動及(jí)噪聲。應按(àn)規定要求(qiú)調整聯軸(zhóu)器。   

   ②因(yīn)油中污(wū)物進入(rù)泵内導(dǎo)緻齒輪(lún)等部件(jiàn)磨損(sǔn)拉傷而産生(shēng)噪聲(shēng)。應更換(huàn)油液,加強過(guò)濾,拆開泵(bèng)清洗;對磨(mó)損嚴(yán)重的齒輪,須修(xiū)理或(huò)更換(huàn)。   

   ③泵内(nèi)零件損壞或磨損(sǔn)嚴(yán)重将(jiāng)産生(shēng)振動與噪(zào)聲:如齒形(xíng)誤差(chà)或周(zhōu)節(jiē)誤差大,兩齒輪(lún)接觸不(bú)良,齒面粗(cū)糙度高,公法線長度超差(chà),齒(chǐ)側隙過小,兩齧合(hé)齒輪的接觸區不在(zài)分度(dù)圓位(wèi)置等(děng)。此時,可更(gèng)換齒(chǐ)輪或将齒輪(lún)對(duì)研。同時,軸承的(de)滾針保持架破(pò)損、長短軸軸頸(jǐng)及滾針(zhēn)磨(mó)損等(děng),均可導緻軸承旋轉不暢(chàng)而産(chǎn)生機械噪聲,此時需拆修齒輪(lún)泵,更換滾針軸(zhóu)承。   

   ④kcb齒(chǐ)輪泵(kcb不鏽鋼齒輪泵(bèng))齒輪(lún)軸向裝配間隙過小;齒輪(lún)端面與前後端(duān)蓋之間的滑動(dòng)接合面(miàn)因(yīn)齒輪在裝(zhuāng)配(pèi)前毛刺未能仔細(xì)清除(chú),從(cóng)而(ér)運轉時拉(lā)傷接(jiē)合面(miàn),使(shǐ)内洩漏大,導緻輸(shū)出流量減少;污(wū)物進(jìn)入泵内并(bìng)楔入齒輪端面(miàn)與前(qián)後端(duān)蓋之間的間隙(xì)内拉(lā)傷配合面,導緻(zhì)高低壓腔因出(chū)現徑向拉傷的(de)溝槽而連通,使(shǐ)輸出流量減小。對上述情況應分别(bié)采用(yòng)以下(xià)措施修(xiū)複。拆解(jiě)齒輪泵,适當地加大軸向(xiàng)間隙(xì)即研磨(mó)齒(chǐ)輪的(de)端面;用平面磨(mó)床磨平前後蓋(gài)端面和齒(chǐ)輪端面,并清除(chú)輪齒(chǐ)上的毛刺(cì)(不能(néng)倒角(jiǎo));經平面磨(mó)削後的前後端(duān)蓋其端面上卸(xiè)荷槽的深(shēn)度尺(chǐ)寸會(huì)有變化,應(yīng)适當(dāng)增加寬度(dù)。   

  (3)其他原因(yīn)   

   油液的黏(nián)度高也會産生(shēng)噪聲,必須選用(yòng)黏度(dù)合(hé)适的油液。   

  2、kcb齒輪泵(bèng)(kcb不鏽(xiù)鋼齒輪泵(bèng))輸出(chū)流量(liàng)不足(zú)   

   ①油(yóu)溫高将(jiāng)使其黏度(dù)下降、内(nèi)洩(xiè)漏增(zēng)加,使(shǐ)泵輸出流量減(jiǎn)小。應(yīng)查明(míng)原因(yīn)采取措施;對于(yú)中高(gāo)壓齒輪泵(bèng),須檢查密封圈(quān)是否(fǒu)破損。   

   ②選用油的黏度(dù)過高或過低,均會造成(chéng)泵的輸(shū)出(chū)流量減少,應(yīng)使用黏度合格(gé)的油品。   

   ③kcb齒(chǐ)輪泵一般不可(kě)以反(fǎn)轉(zhuǎn),如泵體裝反,将造(zào)成壓(yā)油腔與(yǔ)吸油腔(qiāng)局部短接(jiē),使其流量減少甚至(zhì)吸不上油(yóu)來。此時,應(yīng)查泵的轉(zhuǎn)向。   

   ④發動機轉速不夠,造成(chéng)流量減小(xiǎo)。應查(chá)明原(yuán)因并加以(yǐ)除。   

  3、旋轉不(bú)暢   

   ①軸向間(jiān)隙或(huò)徑向(xiàng)間隙(xì)太小。重新加以調整修(xiū)配(pèi)   

   ②泵内(nèi)有污(wū)物。解(jiě)體以清除(chú)異(yì)物。   

   ③裝配有誤(wù)。齒輪泵兩銷孔(kǒng)的加工基準面(miàn)并非裝配(pèi)基準(zhǔn)面,如先将銷子打入,再擰(nǐng)緊螺(luó)釘,泵會轉不動(dòng)。正确(què)的方法是(shì),邊轉(zhuǎn)動齒輪泵(bèng)邊擰緊螺(luó)釘,配(pèi)鑽銷(xiāo)孔并打入(rù)銷子。   

   ④泵與(yǔ)發動機聯軸器(qì)的(de)同軸度差。同(tóng)軸度(dù)應保(bǎo)證在(zài)0.1mm以内(nèi)。   

   ⑤泵内(nèi)零件(jiàn)未退磁。裝(zhuāng)配前(qián)所有(yǒu)零件均須退磁。   

   ⑥滾針套質量(liàng)不(bú)合格或滾針斷(duàn)裂。修理或更換(huàn)。   

   ⑦工(gōng)作(zuò)油輸(shū)出(chū)口被堵塞。清(qīng)除異物。   

  4、發(fā)熱

  ①造成齒輪泵(bèng)旋轉不暢(chàng)的各(gè)項原因均(jun1)能導緻齒(chǐ)輪泵(bèng)發熱,除(chú)方(fāng)法亦可參(cān)照其執行(háng)。   

   ②油液(yè)黏度(dù)過高或過低。重(zhòng)新選(xuǎn)油。   

   ③側(cè)闆、軸套(tào)與齒輪端面嚴重摩擦。修複或(huò)更換。   

   ④環境溫度高(gāo),油(yóu)箱容積小,散(sàn)熱不良,都會使(shǐ)泵發熱。應(yīng)分别(bié)處理。   

  5、kcb齒輪(lún)泵(kcb不(bú)鏽鋼齒輪(lún)泵(bèng))主要零件的(de)修複   

  (1)齒輪(lún)   

   ①齒形修理(lǐ):用細砂布或油(yóu)石除去(qù)拉傷或(huò)已磨(mó)成多棱形(xíng)的部位,再(zài)将齒輪齧合(hé)面(miàn)調換(huàn)方位并(bìng)适(shì)當地進行對研,清洗(xǐ)幹淨;對用肉眼(yǎn)能觀察到(dào)的嚴(yán)重磨損(sǔn)件,應予以更(gèng)換。   

   ②端(duān)面修(xiū)理:齒輪端面由(yóu)于與軸承(chéng)座或(huò)前(qián)後蓋相對轉(zhuǎn)動而磨損(sǔn),輕時會起(qǐ)線,可用研磨方法将(jiāng)起線(xiàn)毛刺痕迹研去(qù)并抛(pāo)光;磨(mó)損嚴重時(shí),應将(jiāng)齒輪(lún)放在平面(miàn)磨床(chuáng)上進(jìn)行修(xiū)磨。應注意:兩個(gè)齒輪必(bì)須同時(shí)放在(zài)平面磨床(chuáng)上進行(háng)修磨,目(mù)的是(shì)為了保證(zhèng)兩個(gè)齒輪(lún)的厚(hòu)度差(chà)在5μm範圍内;同時必須(xū)保證(zhèng)端面(miàn)與孔的垂(chuí)直度及兩(liǎng)端面的平(píng)行度均在(zài)5μm範圍内,并(bìng)用油(yóu)石将(jiāng)銳邊倒鈍(dùn),但切(qiē)不可倒角(jiǎo),做到(dào)無毛(máo)刺、飛(fēi)邊即可。   

   ③當齒輪的齧合表(biǎo)面磨損時,應用(yòng)油石将(jiāng)磨損所産生(shēng)的毛(máo)刺去(qù)掉;同(tóng)時(shí),調換齒(chǐ)輪的齧合方位,使原來不齧合(hé)工作的齒形表面進(jìn)行(háng)齧(niè)合工(gōng)作,這樣不(bú)僅能(néng)保證(zhèng)其原(yuán)有的工作性能,還能延長(zhǎng)齒(chǐ)輪的工(gōng)作壽(shòu)命(mìng)。   

  (2)kcb齒(chǐ)輪泵(bèng)(kcb不鏽(xiù)鋼齒(chǐ)輪泵)泵體(tǐ)   

   泵體的磨(mó)損,主(zhǔ)要在内腔與齒(chǐ)輪項圓(yuán)相接觸(chù)的(de)那(nà)一面,且多(duō)發生在吸(xī)油側(cè)。如果泵體(tǐ)屬于(yú)對稱(chēng)型(xíng),可将泵體翻轉180度(dù)後再用;如(rú)果泵體屬(shǔ)于非對稱(chēng)型,則需采用電鍍青(qīng)銅合金工(gōng)藝或電刷(shuā)鍍的方法(fǎ)修複(fú)泵體内腔(qiāng)孔的磨損部位(wèi)。   

  (3)軸承座圈(quān)   

   軸承座圈的磨(mó)損(sǔn)一般在與(yǔ)齒(chǐ)輪接觸的(de)那一端(duān)面和與滾針接觸的内孔上。端(duān)面磨損或拉毛(máo)起線時(shí),可将4個軸承座圈放在平面(miàn)磨床上,以不與齒輪接(jiē)觸的那一(yī)面為(wéi)基準将拉毛(máo)端面磨平,其(qí)精度應保證在10μm範圍内。軸(zhóu)承座圈一般磨損較(jiào)小,若(ruò)磨損嚴重(zhòng),可研磨(mó);或(huò)适當(dāng)地加大(dà)孔徑并(bìng)重新選(xuǎn)配滾針(zhēn);或更換軸承座圈。   

  (4)長、短軸(zhóu)   

   長(zhǎng)、短軸的(de)失效,主要是在(zài)與滾針軸承相(xiàng)接觸(chù)處出(chū)現磨(mó)損。如果磨損輕(qīng)微,可采用(yòng)抛光修複(fú)(并更換新(xīn)的滾針軸(zhóu)承);如(rú)果磨損嚴重或(huò)折斷,則(zé)需(xū)用鍍(dù)鉻工(gōng)藝修複,或(huò)重新加(jiā)工(gōng)。重新加工(gōng)時,須滿足(zú)長、短(duǎn)軸(zhóu)上的鍵(jiàn)槽對軸心(xīn)線的(de)平行度和(hé)對稱(chēng)度的要(yào)求;裝在(zài)軸上的平鍵與(yǔ)齒輪鍵槽的配(pèi)合間隙(xì)均(jun1)不能(néng)過(guò)大;軸不得在(zài)齒輪内孔(kǒng)産生(shēng)徑向擺動;軸頸(jǐng)與安裝齒(chǐ)輪部(bù)分配(pèi)合表面的(de)同(tóng)軸度不(bú)得大(dà)于10μm,兩(liǎng)端軸(zhóu)頸的(de)同軸度不(bú)得超過20-30μm。

  kcb齒輪泵(bèng)作用是将(jiāng)機油提高到(dào)一定壓(yā)力後,強(qiáng)制(zhì)地壓(yā)送到(dào)發動機各(gè)零件的運動表(biǎo)面上。其結構多(duō)采用齒輪式機(jī)油泵。發動機工(gōng)作時,曲(qǔ)軸(zhóu)帶動(dòng)主動齒(chǐ)輪傳動(dòng),被動齒輪(lún)作反方向(xiàng)旋(xuán)轉。吸油(yóu)腔内的(de)機油便沿着齒隙(xì)和泵(bèng)壁壓入(rù)出油腔(qiāng)。因吸(xī)油腔(qiāng)内的機(jī)油被(bèi)不斷帶走,故吸油腔(qiāng)内(nèi)産生吸力(lì),不斷(duàn)地将油(yóu)底殼内(nèi)的機油吸(xī)入吸油腔(qiāng),并(bìng)同(tóng)時将(jiāng)一定(dìng)壓(yā)力的機(jī)油泵入潤(rùn)滑油(yóu)路。

   齒輪油(yóu)泵是(shì)借一(yī)對相互(hù)齧(niè)合(hé)的(de)齒輪(lún),将機械能轉(zhuǎn)換(huàn)為油壓能的裝(zhuāng)置。在(zài)空壓機的(de)潤滑(huá)系統中被(bèi)廣泛采用。油泵(bèng)在運轉中(zhōng)的故障通(tōng)常是潤滑系統中油壓降低,甚(shèn)至有(yǒu)時打(dǎ)不上油。其(qí)原因(yīn)大體有(yǒu):1)旋轉方(fāng)向與(yǔ)規定(dìng)方向相反(fǎn);2)吸(xī)油(yóu)管路(lù)不嚴密,單向閥(fá)卡住;3)油泵的泵(bèng)體與泵蓋之(zhī)間(jiān)密封不(bú)良;4)油槽内油量不足;5)油泵零(líng)件嚴重磨(mó)損;6)吸油過(guò)濾網(wǎng)被堵塞。

實(shí)際工作中應根(gēn)據具體情況進行不(bú)同(tóng)處理。在檢(jiǎn)修中應特别(bié)注意吸油管道(dào)的密(mì)封,以及齒(chǐ)輪油泵泵體與(yǔ)泵蓋之間(jiān)的密(mì)封。吸入(rù)端(duān)如果(guǒ)密封不良,則(zé)油泵進口漏(lòu),造成油泵(bèng)抽(chōu)空(kōng),自然(rán)就要打不上油。
