●3g三螺杆泵工(gōng)作(zuò)原(yuán)理:

　　3g型三(sān)螺杆泵(bèng)是轉子型容積(jī)泵，适(shì)于輸送各(gè)種不含固(gù)體顆粒(lì)，無(wú)腐蝕(shí)性油(yóu)類及(jí)類似(sì)油(yóu)的(de)潤滑性液體、輸(shū)送液體粘度2~760mm2/s，溫(wēn)度不(bú)超過80℃,超過(guò)80℃可用高溫泵3gw型。3 g type is three screw pump rotor type positive displacement pump, is suitable for conveying various not containing solid particles, non-corrosive oil lubricity and similar oil liquid, conveying liquid viscosity was 2 to 760 / s, temperature not over 80℃, more than 80℃high temperature pump available 3 gw type.

   3g型三螺杆(gǎn)具有(yǒu)多種結構(gòu)，一般(bān)小流量泵(bèng)襯套和泵體合(hé)為(wéi)一個(gè)，可以卧(wò)式和立式安(ān)裝。進油(yóu)口方向可(kě)相隔90°任(rèn)意安裝(zhuāng)，軸封(fēng)多數為機構密封。中(zhōng)等流量以上泵(bèng)，襯套(tào)為一個(gè)單獨的(de)零件(jiàn)固定于泵體内，螺(luó)杆軸端裝(zhuāng)有(yǒu)平衡(héng)環以(yǐ)液力(lì)平衡(héng)其軸(zhóu)向力。一般結構為卧式(shì)。進油口(kǒu)方向亦(yì)可以相(xiàng)隔90°任意安(ān)裝。改(gǎi)變泵體後可(kě)制(zhì)成立式。軸(zhóu)封根(gēn)據情況有機械(xiè)密封(fēng)和軟填料(liào)密封兩種結構(gòu)。

●3g三(sān)螺杆泵輸送(sòng)各種油類時應(yīng)注意事項：when conveying various oil matters should be paid attention to:

   1、輸送40~150mm2/s的油類最(zuì)合适(shì)，允(yǔn)許(xǔ)按泵(bèng)的最高(gāo)工作壓(yā)力使用。2、輸送40mm2/s以(yǐ)下的油類，為保(bǎo)證泵的流量及(jí)壽命應降壓使(shǐ)用(yòng)。3、輸(shū)送(sòng)150mm2/s以(yǐ)上的(de)油類，且進油管道過長(zhǎng)，彎頭過(guò)多，泵工(gōng)作(zuò)時如(rú)産生噪音或振動現象，則應考(kǎo)慮更(gèng)換(huàn)低(dī)一級(jí)轉速的電(diàn)機運(yùn)轉或縮(suō)短吸入(rù)管道(dào)，減少彎頭。

 ●3g型三螺杆(gǎn)泵安裝要(yào)求:3 g type three-screw pump installation requirements:
