●kcb齒輪(lún)泵安裝(zhuāng): kcb gear pump installation:
1、泵(bèng)安裝前(qián)應檢查(chá)泵和電機在運(yùn)輸過程中是否(fǒu)受到損壞,如電(diàn)機是否(fǒu)受(shòu)潮,泵的進(jìn)出口(kǒu)防塵蓋是否損(sǔn)壞而(ér)使污物進入泵(bèng)腔内(nèi)等。

5、管(guǎn)路(lù)口徑一(yī)般不小于(yú)泵的進出(chū)口徑,進油(yóu)管路應盡量短(duǎn),并(bìng)減(jiǎn)少彎路。必(bì)要時在進油口安裝金屬過濾(lǜ)器,過濾器的有(yǒu)效面積不應小(xiǎo)于管(guǎn)道(dào)過(guò)流面(miàn)積的三倍。
6、安裝時,不(bú)得用泵來(lái)承擔管路(lù)的重量(liàng)。7、用(yòng)手轉動聯軸器,泵應(yīng)轉動靈(líng)活,不得(dé)有過緊或輕重(zhòng)不均現(xiàn)象,如有應立(lì)即排除。

●kcb齒(chǐ)輪泵(bèng)的開機: kcb gear pump of the boot:
1、開(kāi)機前應檢(jiǎn)查泵軸轉動是(shì)否靈(líng)活,有(yǒu)無卡阻現(xiàn)象,進(jìn)出口管道(dào)上的閥(fá)門(mén)是否(fǒu)開啟,泵的(de)轉動(dòng)方向是否正确。
2、長(zhǎng)時(shí)間沒有使用(yòng)的(de)泵開(kāi)機前應向泵腔(qiāng)中注入一定量的潤滑(huá)液,以減(jiǎn)少泵(bèng)在(zài)吸(xī)油過(guò)程中的幹摩擦(cā),并可提高泵的(de)自吸性能(néng)。
3、開機後(hòu)如有不(bú)正常(cháng)的噪(zào)音或過熱現象(xiàng),應立(lì)即停車(chē)檢(jiǎn)查。3, after the boot if there is any abnormal noise or overheating phenomenon, should immediately stop check.

5、若(ruò)輸送熱油,在(zài)開機時應(yīng)均勻預(yù)熱(rè),預熱(rè)是利(lì)用被輸送(sòng)的介質不(bú)斷通過泵(bèng)體(tǐ)進行的。預熱标(biāo)準(zhǔn):吸入口的油溫不得(dé)高于(yú)泵體溫(wēn)度(dù)40℃,預熱(rè)的升(shēng)溫速(sù)度控制在(zài)<40℃/h,在預熱時(shí)應将固定泵體的螺栓松(sōng)開,預熱完畢,将(jiāng)其擰(nǐng)緊。在(zài)預熱(rè)過程(chéng)中(zhōng),應注意(yì)觀察泵(bèng)的(de)運行情況(kuàng),以(yǐ)但(dàn)發生(shēng)不良(liáng)情況(kuàng),應立(lì)即停泵(bèng)檢查。 6、泵(bèng)停機後(hòu),首先切(qiē)斷電(diàn)源,然後關(guān)閉進出口(kǒu)管道(dào)上的閥門,避免(miǎn)造成(chéng)泵倒(dǎo)轉。7、泵經過(guò)長期使用(yòng),壓力流(liú)量有明(míng)顯下降時,應拆(chāi)泵檢(jiǎn)查,更(gèng)換其(qí)己磨損的(de)零件(jiàn)。

1.kcb齒輪油泵(bèng)(輸油泵(bèng))啟(qǐ)動後(hòu)若有輕微(wēi)洩漏(lòu)現象(xiàng),應觀(guān)察一(yī)段時(shí)間。如齒輪(lún)泵連續(xù)運行4小時,洩(xiè)漏(lòu)量(liàng)仍不減小(xiǎo),則(zé)應停泵(bèng)檢查(chá)。
2.kcb齒輪(lún)油泵(輸油(yóu)泵)的操作壓力(lì)應平(píng)穩,壓力波動不(bú)大于(yú)1公(gōng)斤/平方(fāng)厘米(mǐ)。
3.kcb齒輪油泵(輸油泵)在(zài)運轉中,應(yīng)避免發生抽空現象(xiàng),以免造(zào)成(chéng)密封面幹摩擦(cā)及密(mì)封破壞。
4.齒(chǐ)輪泵密封(fēng)情況(kuàng)要經(jīng)常檢(jiǎn)查。運(yùn)轉中,當(dāng)其洩漏(lòu)超過标準時,重質油大(dà)于5滴/分(fèn),輕質油不(bú)大于(yú)10滴/分,如(rú)2-3日内仍無好(hǎo)轉(zhuǎn)趨(qū)勢,則應停泵栓查密(mì)封裝(zhuāng)置。
●齒(chǐ)輪油(yóu)泵機械密(mì)封的安(ān)裝(zhuāng)
1.kcb齒輪油(yóu)泵(輸油(yóu)泵)啟(qǐ)動前(qián)應保持(chí)密封腔内充(chōng)滿液(yè)體(tǐ)。對(duì)于輸(shū)送凝(níng)固的(de)介質時,應用(yòng)蒸(zhēng)汽将密封(fēng)腔加熱使(shǐ)介質熔化。啟動(dòng)前必須盤(pán)車,以(yǐ)防止突然(rán)啟動而造成軟環碎(suì)裂.遠東泵業

●kcb齒輪泵常見故障及解決方(fāng)法
目前,kcb齒輪泵(bèng)(kcb不鏽鋼齒輪泵(bèng))在自卸(xiè)汽車與(yǔ)工程機械操縱(zòng)機構中運(yùn)用較(jiào)多,現(xiàn)将其常見(jiàn)故障(zhàng)及除方法(fǎ)介紹如下,供參考。
1、産生振(zhèn)動(dòng)與(yǔ)噪(zào)聲的原(yuán)因
(2)機械原(yuán)因
①泵(bèng)與聯軸器的連(lián)接因不合(hé)規定(dìng)要求而(ér)産(chǎn)生振(zhèn)動及噪(zào)聲。應按(àn)規定要求調整(zhěng)聯軸器。
②因(yīn)油中污物(wù)進入泵内導緻齒輪(lún)等部(bù)件(jiàn)磨損拉(lā)傷而(ér)産生(shēng)噪聲(shēng)。應更換油(yóu)液,加強過(guò)濾(lǜ),拆開泵(bèng)清洗;對磨損嚴(yán)重的齒輪,須修(xiū)理或更換。
③泵内(nèi)零件(jiàn)損壞(huài)或磨損嚴重将産生振(zhèn)動與噪(zào)聲:如齒(chǐ)形誤差(chà)或周節誤差大,兩齒輪(lún)接(jiē)觸不(bú)良,齒(chǐ)面粗(cū)糙度(dù)高,公法線(xiàn)長度(dù)超差,齒側(cè)隙過(guò)小,兩齧合(hé)齒輪(lún)的接(jiē)觸(chù)區不在(zài)分度(dù)圓位置等(děng)。此時,可(kě)更(gèng)換齒(chǐ)輪或将(jiāng)齒輪對(duì)研。同時,軸承的(de)滾針保(bǎo)持(chí)架破(pò)損、長短軸(zhóu)軸頸(jǐng)及滾針磨損等(děng),均可導緻軸(zhóu)承(chéng)旋轉不(bú)暢(chàng)而産生機械(xiè)噪聲,此(cǐ)時需拆修齒輪(lún)泵,更(gèng)換滾針軸(zhóu)承。
④kcb齒(chǐ)輪(lún)泵(kcb不鏽(xiù)鋼齒輪泵)齒輪軸(zhóu)向(xiàng)裝配(pèi)間隙(xì)過小(xiǎo);齒輪(lún)端面與(yǔ)前(qián)後端蓋之(zhī)間的滑動(dòng)接合面因(yīn)齒輪在裝(zhuāng)配前(qián)毛刺(cì)未能仔細清除(chú),從而(ér)運轉時拉(lā)傷接合面(miàn),使内(nèi)洩漏大,導緻輸(shū)出流量減(jiǎn)少;污(wū)物進入泵内并(bìng)楔(xiē)入齒輪端面(miàn)與前(qián)後端蓋之(zhī)間的間隙内拉(lā)傷配合面,導緻高低(dī)壓腔因出(chū)現(xiàn)徑向拉(lā)傷的(de)溝槽而連(lián)通,使(shǐ)輸出(chū)流量減小(xiǎo)。對上述情(qíng)況應分别(bié)采用以下(xià)措(cuò)施修複(fú)。拆解(jiě)齒輪泵,适當地加大軸(zhóu)向間隙(xì)即研(yán)磨齒輪的(de)端面;用平(píng)面磨(mó)床磨平前後蓋(gài)端面(miàn)和齒輪端(duān)面,并(bìng)清(qīng)除(chú)輪齒(chǐ)上的毛刺(不能倒角(jiǎo));經平面磨(mó)削後的前(qián)後端(duān)蓋其端面上卸(xiè)荷槽(cáo)的深(shēn)度尺寸會(huì)有(yǒu)變化,應(yīng)适當(dāng)增加寬度。
(3)其他原因(yīn)
油液的黏度高也會産生(shēng)噪聲,必須(xū)選用(yòng)黏度合适的油(yóu)液。
2、kcb齒(chǐ)輪泵(bèng)(kcb不鏽鋼齒輪(lún)泵)輸出流量(liàng)不足
①油溫高将使其(qí)黏度(dù)下降(jiàng)、内洩漏增加,使(shǐ)泵輸出流(liú)量減(jiǎn)小。應查明原因(yīn)采取措施;對于(yú)中高(gāo)壓(yā)齒(chǐ)輪泵,須檢查密(mì)封圈是否破(pò)損。
②選用油的(de)黏度(dù)過高(gāo)或過低,均會造成泵的輸出流(liú)量減少,應(yīng)使用黏度(dù)合格(gé)的油(yóu)品。
③kcb齒(chǐ)輪泵一般不可(kě)以反轉,如(rú)泵體裝(zhuāng)反,将造成壓(yā)油腔與吸油(yóu)腔局部短接(jiē),使其流量(liàng)減(jiǎn)少甚至(zhì)吸不(bú)上油來。此(cǐ)時,應查泵(bèng)的轉(zhuǎn)向。
④發動(dòng)機(jī)轉速(sù)不(bú)夠,造成(chéng)流量減小(xiǎo)。應查(chá)明原因(yīn)并加以(yǐ)除(chú)。
3、旋轉不(bú)暢
①軸向間(jiān)隙或徑向(xiàng)間隙(xì)太小(xiǎo)。重新加以(yǐ)調整修配
②泵内有污物。解(jiě)體以清除(chú)異(yì)物。
③裝配有誤(wù)。齒輪(lún)泵兩銷孔(kǒng)的加(jiā)工(gōng)基準面(miàn)并(bìng)非裝配(pèi)基準(zhǔn)面,如先将銷子(zǐ)打入(rù),再擰緊螺釘,泵(bèng)會轉不動(dòng)。正确(què)的(de)方法是,邊轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)齒輪泵(bèng)邊擰緊螺釘,配(pèi)鑽銷孔并打入銷子。
④泵與(yǔ)發動(dòng)機聯軸器(qì)的(de)同軸度(dù)差。同(tóng)軸度應保(bǎo)證在0.1mm以内。
⑤泵内零件(jiàn)未退磁。裝(zhuāng)配前所有零件(jiàn)均須(xū)退磁。
⑥滾針套(tào)質(zhì)量(liàng)不合格或(huò)滾針斷裂。修理或(huò)更換(huàn)。
⑦工(gōng)作油輸(shū)出口被堵塞。清(qīng)除異(yì)物。
4、發(fā)熱
①造(zào)成齒輪泵旋轉不暢(chàng)的各項(xiàng)原因均(jun1)能導緻齒輪泵(bèng)發熱,除方(fāng)法亦(yì)可參(cān)照其執行(háng)。
②油液黏度(dù)過高或過低。重(zhòng)新選油。
③側(cè)闆、軸套(tào)與(yǔ)齒輪(lún)端面嚴重(zhòng)摩擦(cā)。修複或更換。
④環(huán)境溫度高(gāo),油箱(xiāng)容積小,散(sàn)熱不良,都會使(shǐ)泵發熱(rè)。應分别(bié)處理。
5、kcb齒輪(lún)泵(kcb不(bú)鏽鋼齒輪(lún)泵)主要零(líng)件的(de)修複
(1)齒輪(lún)
①齒形(xíng)修理:用細砂布或油(yóu)石除(chú)去拉(lā)傷或已磨(mó)成多棱形(xíng)的部位(wèi),再(zài)将齒(chǐ)輪齧合面調換方位(wèi)并(bìng)适(shì)當地進行(háng)對(duì)研,清洗(xǐ)幹淨;對用(yòng)肉眼能觀察到的嚴(yán)重磨損(sǔn)件(jiàn),應予(yǔ)以更換(huàn)。
②端(duān)面修理(lǐ):齒(chǐ)輪端面(miàn)由于與軸承(chéng)座或前後蓋相(xiàng)對轉動而磨損(sǔn),輕時會(huì)起(qǐ)線,可用研磨方法将(jiāng)起線毛刺痕迹(jì)研去并抛光(guāng);磨(mó)損嚴重(zhòng)時(shí),應将(jiāng)齒輪(lún)放(fàng)在平面(miàn)磨床上(shàng)進行修磨。應(yīng)注意:兩個(gè)齒輪必須(xū)同時(shí)放在(zài)平面磨床(chuáng)上進行(háng)修磨,目的是為了保證(zhèng)兩個齒輪(lún)的厚(hòu)度差(chà)在5μm範圍内(nèi);同時必須(xū)保證(zhèng)端面與(yǔ)孔(kǒng)的垂(chuí)直度及兩(liǎng)端面(miàn)的平行度均在(zài)5μm範圍内,并用油(yóu)石将銳邊(biān)倒鈍,但切不可倒角,做到(dào)無毛刺、飛(fēi)邊即可。
③當(dāng)齒輪的齧合表(biǎo)面磨損時(shí),應用油石(shí)将磨損所産生(shēng)的毛刺去掉;同(tóng)時(shí),調換齒(chǐ)輪的齧合方位(wèi),使原來不齧合(hé)工作的齒形表面進行(háng)齧合工作,這樣不僅能保證(zhèng)其原有的(de)工作性能,還能(néng)延長(zhǎng)齒(chǐ)輪的工(gōng)作壽(shòu)命。
(2)kcb齒(chǐ)輪(lún)泵(bèng)(kcb不鏽鋼齒(chǐ)輪泵(bèng))泵體
泵體的磨損,主(zhǔ)要在内腔(qiāng)與齒(chǐ)輪項(xiàng)圓相接觸(chù)的那一面(miàn),且多發生在吸(xī)油側(cè)。如果(guǒ)泵體(tǐ)屬于對稱型,可(kě)将泵(bèng)體翻轉180度後再(zài)用;如(rú)果泵(bèng)體屬(shǔ)于非(fēi)對稱(chēng)型,則需采(cǎi)用電鍍青(qīng)銅合金工藝或(huò)電刷(shuā)鍍的方法(fǎ)修複(fú)泵體(tǐ)内腔(qiāng)孔的(de)磨損部位(wèi)。
(3)軸承(chéng)座圈(quān)
軸(zhóu)承座圈(quān)的磨損一(yī)般在(zài)與齒輪(lún)接觸的(de)那一(yī)端面和與滾針接(jiē)觸的内(nèi)孔上(shàng)。端(duān)面磨損或拉(lā)毛起線時(shí),可(kě)将4個(gè)軸(zhóu)承座(zuò)圈放在(zài)平面磨(mó)床上(shàng),以(yǐ)不與齒輪接觸(chù)的那一(yī)面為基準(zhǔn)将拉毛端面(miàn)磨平,其(qí)精度(dù)應(yīng)保證在10μm範圍(wéi)内。軸(zhóu)承座(zuò)圈一(yī)般磨(mó)損較小,若磨損嚴重(zhòng),可研磨;或(huò)适當(dāng)地加大(dà)孔徑并(bìng)重新選(xuǎn)配滾針(zhēn);或更(gèng)換(huàn)軸承座(zuò)圈。
(4)長、短軸
長、短(duǎn)軸的(de)失效(xiào),主要是在與滾(gǔn)針軸承相(xiàng)接觸處出(chū)現磨損。如(rú)果磨(mó)損輕微,可采用(yòng)抛光(guāng)修複(fú)(并更換新(xīn)的滾針軸(zhóu)承);如(rú)果磨損(sǔn)嚴(yán)重或折斷(duàn),則需用鍍鉻工(gōng)藝修複,或(huò)重新加工。重新(xīn)加工(gōng)時,須滿足長、短軸上的鍵(jiàn)槽對軸心線的(de)平行度和對稱(chēng)度的要求(qiú);裝在(zài)軸上的平(píng)鍵與齒輪(lún)鍵(jiàn)槽的配(pèi)合間(jiān)隙(xì)均(jun1)不能(néng)過大(dà);軸不得在(zài)齒輪内孔産生(shēng)徑向(xiàng)擺動;軸頸(jǐng)與安裝(zhuāng)齒(chǐ)輪部(bù)分配(pèi)合表面的(de)同軸度(dù)不得大(dà)于10μm,兩端軸頸(jǐng)的(de)同軸(zhóu)度不(bú)得超(chāo)過20-30μm。
kcb齒輪泵(bèng)作用(yòng)是将(jiāng)機油(yóu)提高(gāo)到一定壓(yā)力後(hòu),強(qiáng)制地(dì)壓(yā)送到(dào)發動機各零件的運(yùn)動表面上(shàng)。其結構多采用齒(chǐ)輪式機油泵(bèng)。發動(dòng)機工(gōng)作時,曲軸帶動主動(dòng)齒輪傳動(dòng),被動齒輪作反方向旋轉。吸油(yóu)腔内的機油便沿着齒(chǐ)隙和泵壁壓入(rù)出(chū)油腔(qiāng)。因吸油腔内的(de)機油被不(bú)斷帶(dài)走,故吸(xī)油(yóu)腔内(nèi)産生吸力,不斷(duàn)地将油(yóu)底殼内的機(jī)油吸入吸(xī)油腔,并(bìng)同(tóng)時将(jiāng)一定(dìng)壓力的機油泵入潤(rùn)滑油(yóu)路。
齒(chǐ)輪油泵是(shì)借一對相(xiàng)互(hù)齧合(hé)的齒輪(lún),将機(jī)械能(néng)轉換(huàn)為油(yóu)壓(yā)能(néng)的裝(zhuāng)置。在(zài)空(kōng)壓機的(de)潤滑系統中被(bèi)廣泛(fàn)采用。油泵(bèng)在運轉中(zhōng)的故障通(tōng)常是(shì)潤滑(huá)系統中油壓降(jiàng)低,甚(shèn)至有(yǒu)時打(dǎ)不上(shàng)油。其原因(yīn)大體有:1)旋轉方向與規(guī)定方向(xiàng)相反;2)吸油(yóu)管路(lù)不嚴(yán)密,單向閥(fá)卡住(zhù);3)油泵(bèng)的泵(bèng)體與泵(bèng)蓋之間密封(fēng)不良;4)油槽(cáo)内油量不足;5)油泵零件嚴重磨(mó)損;6)吸油過(guò)濾網(wǎng)被堵塞。
實(shí)際工(gōng)作(zuò)中(zhōng)應根(gēn)據具體情況進行不同處理。在檢修中應特别(bié)注意吸油(yóu)管道的密(mì)封,以及齒(chǐ)輪油泵(bèng)泵(bèng)體與泵蓋(gài)之間的密(mì)封。吸入端如果(guǒ)密封不(bú)良,則油(yóu)泵進口漏(lòu),造成(chéng)油泵(bèng)抽空,自然(rán)就要(yào)打不(bú)上油(yóu)。
