●3g三螺杆(gǎn)泵工作原理:

　　3g型(xíng)三螺杆泵(bèng)是轉(zhuǎn)子型(xíng)容積(jī)泵，适于(yú)輸送各(gè)種不含固體顆粒，無腐蝕性油(yóu)類及類(lèi)似油的(de)潤滑(huá)性液(yè)體、輸(shū)送液體粘(zhān)度2~760mm2/s，溫(wēn)度不(bú)超過80℃,超過80℃可用高溫(wēn)泵3gw型(xíng)。3 g type is three screw pump rotor type positive displacement pump, is suitable for conveying various not containing solid particles, non-corrosive oil lubricity and similar oil liquid, conveying liquid viscosity was 2 to 760 / s, temperature not over 80℃, more than 80℃high temperature pump available 3 gw type.

   3g型(xíng)三螺杆具有多(duō)種結構(gòu)，一般(bān)小流量泵(bèng)襯套和泵(bèng)體合(hé)為一個，可(kě)以卧(wò)式和立(lì)式安裝(zhuāng)。進油(yóu)口方向可(kě)相隔90°任意安裝(zhuāng)，軸封多(duō)數(shù)為機(jī)構密封。中(zhōng)等流量以上泵(bèng)，襯套為一(yī)個單(dān)獨的(de)零件固定于泵(bèng)體内(nèi)，螺杆軸端裝(zhuāng)有平衡環以(yǐ)液力(lì)平衡其軸(zhóu)向力(lì)。一般(bān)結構(gòu)為卧式。進(jìn)油口(kǒu)方向(xiàng)亦可以相(xiàng)隔90°任意安(ān)裝。改(gǎi)變泵(bèng)體後可制(zhì)成立式。軸(zhóu)封根據情況有機械密封(fēng)和軟(ruǎn)填料(liào)密(mì)封(fēng)兩種結構(gòu)。

●3g三螺(luó)杆泵輸送(sòng)各種油(yóu)類(lèi)時應注意(yì)事項：when conveying various oil matters should be paid attention to:

   1、輸送40~150mm2/s的(de)油(yóu)類最(zuì)合适(shì)，允許按泵(bèng)的最高工作壓力使(shǐ)用。2、輸送40mm2/s以(yǐ)下的油類，為保證泵(bèng)的流(liú)量及(jí)壽命(mìng)應降(jiàng)壓使(shǐ)用。3、輸送150mm2/s以上的(de)油類，且進油管(guǎn)道過長，彎(wān)頭過(guò)多，泵工(gōng)作時如産生噪音或振(zhèn)動現(xiàn)象，則(zé)應考(kǎo)慮更(gèng)換低一級(jí)轉速(sù)的電機運轉或縮(suō)短吸入(rù)管道，減少(shǎo)彎頭(tóu)。

 ●3g型三螺杆(gǎn)泵安裝要(yào)求:3 g type three-screw pump installation requirements:
