●3g三(sān)螺杆(gǎn)泵工作(zuò)原理:

　　3g型(xíng)三螺杆泵是轉子型容積(jī)泵，适于輸(shū)送(sòng)各種不(bú)含固(gù)體顆粒，無腐蝕性油類及(jí)類似(sì)油的(de)潤滑性液(yè)體、輸(shū)送液體粘度2~760mm2/s，溫(wēn)度不超過(guò)80℃,超過80℃可用(yòng)高溫(wēn)泵3gw型(xíng)。3 g type is three screw pump rotor type positive displacement pump, is suitable for conveying various not containing solid particles, non-corrosive oil lubricity and similar oil liquid, conveying liquid viscosity was 2 to 760 / s, temperature not over 80℃, more than 80℃high temperature pump available 3 gw type.

   3g型三螺杆(gǎn)具(jù)有多種結構，一(yī)般小流量(liàng)泵襯套(tào)和泵(bèng)體合為一個，可(kě)以卧式和(hé)立式安裝。進油口方(fāng)向可相隔(gé)90°任意安裝(zhuāng)，軸封多數(shù)為機構密(mì)封。中(zhōng)等流(liú)量以上泵(bèng)，襯套為(wéi)一(yī)個單(dān)獨的零(líng)件(jiàn)固定(dìng)于泵體内，螺杆(gǎn)軸端裝(zhuāng)有(yǒu)平衡(héng)環以液力平衡其軸向力。一般結構(gòu)為卧(wò)式。進(jìn)油口方向亦可(kě)以相隔(gé)90°任(rèn)意安裝。改變泵體後(hòu)可制成立(lì)式。軸(zhóu)封根據情(qíng)況有(yǒu)機械(xiè)密封和軟(ruǎn)填料密封兩種結構(gòu)。

●3g三螺杆泵(bèng)輸送各種(zhǒng)油類時應(yīng)注(zhù)意事項(xiàng)：when conveying various oil matters should be paid attention to:

   1、輸送40~150mm2/s的油(yóu)類(lèi)最合适，允許(xǔ)按泵的最高工作壓力使用。2、輸(shū)送40mm2/s以下的(de)油類，為保(bǎo)證(zhèng)泵(bèng)的流量及壽命(mìng)應降(jiàng)壓使用。3、輸送(sòng)150mm2/s以(yǐ)上的(de)油類(lèi)，且進油管道過(guò)長，彎(wān)頭過多(duō)，泵(bèng)工作時(shí)如産(chǎn)生噪音(yīn)或振動現象，則(zé)應考慮更換低(dī)一級(jí)轉速的電(diàn)機運轉或縮短(duǎn)吸入管道，減少彎頭(tóu)。

 ●3g型(xíng)三(sān)螺杆(gǎn)泵安(ān)裝要(yào)求:3 g type three-screw pump installation requirements:
