●3g三(sān)螺杆泵工作原(yuán)理(lǐ):

　　3g型三螺(luó)杆泵是轉(zhuǎn)子型(xíng)容積(jī)泵，适(shì)于輸送各種(zhǒng)不(bú)含固體顆(kē)粒，無(wú)腐蝕性(xìng)油類及類似油的潤滑性液體、輸送液(yè)體粘度2~760mm2/s，溫度不(bú)超過80℃,超過(guò)80℃可用高溫(wēn)泵(bèng)3gw型。3 g type is three screw pump rotor type positive displacement pump, is suitable for conveying various not containing solid particles, non-corrosive oil lubricity and similar oil liquid, conveying liquid viscosity was 2 to 760 / s, temperature not over 80℃, more than 80℃high temperature pump available 3 gw type.

   3g型三螺杆(gǎn)具有多(duō)種(zhǒng)結構，一般(bān)小流量泵襯套(tào)和泵(bèng)體合(hé)為一(yī)個，可(kě)以(yǐ)卧(wò)式和立式(shì)安裝。進油(yóu)口方向可(kě)相隔(gé)90°任意安(ān)裝，軸封(fēng)多數(shù)為機(jī)構密(mì)封。中等流量以(yǐ)上泵(bèng)，襯套(tào)為一(yī)個(gè)單獨的零件(jiàn)固定于泵體内，螺杆(gǎn)軸端(duān)裝有(yǒu)平衡(héng)環(huán)以液力平衡其軸向力。一般結(jié)構為卧(wò)式。進油口方(fāng)向(xiàng)亦可(kě)以相隔90°任(rèn)意安(ān)裝。改變泵(bèng)體後(hòu)可(kě)制(zhì)成立(lì)式(shì)。軸(zhóu)封根據情(qíng)況有機械密封(fēng)和軟填(tián)料密封(fēng)兩種(zhǒng)結構。

●3g三螺(luó)杆泵輸送(sòng)各種(zhǒng)油類(lèi)時應注意(yì)事(shì)項(xiàng)：when conveying various oil matters should be paid attention to:

   1、輸送(sòng)40~150mm2/s的油類(lèi)最合适(shì)，允許(xǔ)按泵的最(zuì)高工作(zuò)壓力使(shǐ)用。2、輸送40mm2/s以(yǐ)下的(de)油類(lèi)，為保證泵(bèng)的流量及(jí)壽(shòu)命(mìng)應降壓使用。3、輸(shū)送150mm2/s以上(shàng)的油類(lèi)，且進油(yóu)管道過長，彎頭過多，泵(bèng)工作時(shí)如産生(shēng)噪音或振動現(xiàn)象，則(zé)應(yīng)考(kǎo)慮更(gèng)換低(dī)一級轉速(sù)的電機運(yùn)轉或(huò)縮短吸入(rù)管道(dào)，減少(shǎo)彎頭。

 ●3g型三螺杆泵安(ān)裝要(yào)求:3 g type three-screw pump installation requirements:
