●kcb齒輪泵概述(shù)

  kcb齒輪(lún)油泵(bèng)在輸油系(xì)統中(zhōng)可用作傳輸、增壓泵;kcb gear oil pump in the oil system can be used as a transport, booster pump;

  在燃油系(xì)統中(zhōng)可用(yòng)作輸送(sòng)、加壓、噴(pēn)射的燃(rán)油泵;in the fuel system can be used as a transport, pressure, jet fuel pump;

  在(zài)一切(qiē)工業領域中,均(jun1)可作潤滑(huá)油泵用。in all industrial areas, can be used as lubricating oil pump.

  kcb齒輪泵(bèng)主要(yào)有齒(chǐ)輪、軸、泵體(tǐ)、安全閥、軸端密封所組(zǔ)成。齒輪(lún)經熱(rè)處理有較(jiào)高的硬度和強(qiáng)度,與(yǔ)軸一同安(ān)裝在(zài)可更換的(de)軸套内運(yùn)轉。泵内全(quán)部零件的潤滑均在泵工作時利用(yòng)輸出(chū)介質而自動達(dá)到。kcb gear pump are mainly gear, shaft, pump body, valve, shaft end seal. gear after heat treatment with high hardness and strength, and shaft installed in the replaceable shaft sleeve. in all parts of the lubrication pump are pump work automatically to achieve using the output media.

 ●kcb齒輪泵安(ān)裝說明:

  1、安(ān)裝泵(bèng)的地點應足(zú)夠寬敞,以方(fāng)便檢修工作(zuò)。2、泵(bèng)安裝的好壞,對泵的(de)平(píng)穩(wěn)運行(háng)和使用壽(shòu)命有(yǒu)很重要的影響(xiǎng),所以安(ān)裝校正(zhèng)工作必須仔細(xì)地進行(háng),不(bú)得草(cǎo)率行事。3、泵(bèng)吸入(rù)管的(de)安裝高度(dù)、長度和管(guǎn)徑應滿足計(jì)算(suàn)值,力求簡(jiǎn)短(duǎn),減少不(bú)必要的損失(如(rú)彎頭(tóu)等);并保證(zhèng)泵在工作(zuò)時,不(bú)超過其(qí)允(yǔn)許汽(qì)蝕餘量。4、吸入和(hé)出管路應該有(yǒu)支(zhī)架。泵不允許(xǔ)承受(shòu)管路的(de)負荷。kcb gear pump installation instructions: 1, the location of the installation of pump should be spacious enough, to facilitate maintenance and repair work. the stand or fall of 2, pump installation, for the smooth running of the pump and service life have very important influence, so the installation calibration work must be carried out carefully and must not be too hasty. 3, installation height of pump suction pipe, the length and diameter should satisfy the calculated value, to short, reduce unnecessary losses, such as elbow, etc.); and ensure the pump at work, no more than the allowed npsh. 4, suction and discharge line should be a support. pump are not allowed to bear load of pipeline.

 ●kcb齒輪泵(bèng)安裝(zhuāng)順序: kcb gear pump installation order:

  1、在安裝過(guò)程中(zhōng),為防止雜物落(luò)入機(jī)器内,機組的所有孔眼均(jun1)應蓋好(hǎo)。1, during the installation process, so as to prevent debris into the machine, all perforation should cover of the unit.

  泵(bèng)主(zhǔ)要(yào)有泵(bèng)體、齒(chǐ)輪、軸(zhóu)、軸承(chéng)、安全閥(fá)、前蓋、後蓋、密(mì)封部件、聯(lián)軸器部件組成(chéng)。設有安全(quán)閥(fá)的(de)泵、當(dāng)油管路的(de)液壓值超(chāo)過泵(bèng)的規(guī)定時,安全閥開啟,保(bǎo)證泵及原動機不緻(zhì)因壓力過(guò)高而(ér)受到(dào)損(sǔn)壞。軸端密封有(yǒu)三種形式:填(tián)料(liào)密封、機(jī)械密封、橡膠圈(quān)密封(fēng),用戶(hù)可根(gēn)據具體(tǐ)的使用條件選(xuǎn)擇合适(shì)的密封結構。泵有良好的(de)自吸(xī)性,泵内(nèi)運(yùn)動部(bù)件利用(yòng)輸送的(de)液體(tǐ)實現(xiàn)潤滑(huá),緻(zhì)工作時可以(yǐ)不加引液和潤(rùn)滑劑。

●kcb齒輪(lún)泵安裝(zhuāng): kcb gear pump installation:

  1、泵(bèng)安裝前應檢查(chá)泵和電機(jī)在運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中是(shì)否(fǒu)受到損壞(huài),如電(diàn)機是否受潮,泵(bèng)的進出(chū)口(kǒu)防塵(chén)蓋(gài)是否損壞而(ér)使污物進入泵(bèng)腔内等。

  2、泵(bèng)在搬運(yùn)過程中,應選(xuǎn)擇合适起(qǐ)吊位置,減(jiǎn)少泵的變形(xíng)。2, pump in the process of handling, should choose appropriate lifting position, reduce the deformation of the pump.

  5、管(guǎn)路(lù)口徑一(yī)般不小于泵的(de)進出口徑,進油(yóu)管路應盡(jìn)量短(duǎn),并(bìng)減(jiǎn)少彎路。必(bì)要時在進(jìn)油口(kǒu)安裝(zhuāng)金屬過濾(lǜ)器,過(guò)濾器的有效面積不應小(xiǎo)于管(guǎn)道過(guò)流面積的(de)三倍。

  6、安裝時(shí),不得用(yòng)泵來承擔管路(lù)的重(zhòng)量(liàng)。7、用手轉動(dòng)聯(lián)軸器,泵應(yīng)轉動靈活(huó),不(bú)得(dé)有過(guò)緊(jǐn)或輕重不均(jun1)現(xiàn)象(xiàng),如有(yǒu)應立(lì)即排除。

 ●kcb齒(chǐ)輪泵(bèng)的開(kāi)機: kcb gear pump of the boot:

  1、開(kāi)機前應檢查泵(bèng)軸轉動是否靈(líng)活,有無卡(kǎ)阻現象,進出口管道(dào)上的(de)閥門是否(fǒu)開啟(qǐ),泵的轉動方向是否(fǒu)正确。

  2、長時間沒(méi)有使用的泵開機前應向泵腔(qiāng)中注(zhù)入一定量(liàng)的潤(rùn)滑液,以減(jiǎn)少泵在吸(xī)油過(guò)程(chéng)中的幹(gàn)摩擦(cā),并可提高(gāo)泵的(de)自吸性能。

  3、開機後(hòu)如(rú)有不(bú)正常(cháng)的(de)噪(zào)音或(huò)過熱現象(xiàng),應立即停車檢查。3, after the boot if there is any abnormal noise or overheating phenomenon, should immediately stop check.

  5、若(ruò)輸(shū)送熱(rè)油,在(zài)開(kāi)機(jī)時應均(jun1)勻預熱(rè),預熱(rè)是利用被輸(shū)送(sòng)的介(jiè)質不斷通過泵體進(jìn)行的(de)。預熱(rè)标(biāo)準:吸入口的油溫不得(dé)高于泵體(tǐ)溫度40℃,預熱(rè)的升溫速(sù)度控制(zhì)在<40℃/h,在預(yù)熱時應将(jiāng)固定(dìng)泵體(tǐ)的(de)螺栓松(sōng)開,預(yù)熱完畢,将其擰緊(jǐn)。在(zài)預熱(rè)過程(chéng)中,應注意觀察(chá)泵的運行情(qíng)況(kuàng),以但發生(shēng)不良情況,應(yīng)立(lì)即停(tíng)泵檢查。  6、泵(bèng)停機後,首先切(qiē)斷電源,然後關(guān)閉進出口管道上的(de)閥(fá)門(mén),避(bì)免(miǎn)造成泵倒轉。7、泵(bèng)經過長(zhǎng)期使用,壓力(lì)流量(liàng)有明(míng)顯(xiǎn)下(xià)降時,應拆(chāi)泵檢查,更換其己磨(mó)損的零件(jiàn)。

 

●kcb齒輪(lún)油泵(輸油泵)機(jī)械密(mì)封(fēng)的(de)運轉(zhuǎn)

  1.kcb齒輪油泵(bèng)(輸油泵)啟(qǐ)動後若有(yǒu)輕微(wēi)洩漏(lòu)現象(xiàng),應觀(guān)察一(yī)段時間(jiān)。如齒輪(lún)泵連續運行4小時,洩漏量仍不減小(xiǎo),則應停泵檢查(chá)。

  2.kcb齒輪(lún)油泵(輸油泵)的操作壓力(lì)應(yīng)平(píng)穩,壓力波(bō)動不大于1公(gōng)斤/平方(fāng)厘米。

  3.kcb齒輪油泵(輸油泵)在(zài)運轉中,應(yīng)避(bì)免發生(shēng)抽空(kōng)現象,以免(miǎn)造(zào)成(chéng)密封面幹(gàn)摩擦(cā)及密(mì)封破壞(huài)。

  4.齒(chǐ)輪泵密封情況(kuàng)要經(jīng)常檢(jiǎn)查。運(yùn)轉中,當其(qí)洩漏(lòu)超過标準(zhǔn)時,重(zhòng)質油大于5滴/分(fèn),輕質油(yóu)不大于(yú)10滴/分(fèn),如2-3日(rì)内仍(réng)無好轉(zhuǎn)趨(qū)勢,則應停泵栓查密(mì)封裝置。

●齒(chǐ)輪油(yóu)泵(bèng)機械密(mì)封的安裝

  1.kcb齒輪(lún)油泵(輸油(yóu)泵)啟動(dòng)前應保持密(mì)封腔内充(chōng)滿液體(tǐ)。對于輸(shū)送凝固的(de)介質時,應用蒸(zhēng)汽将(jiāng)密封(fēng)腔加(jiā)熱使(shǐ)介(jiè)質熔化(huà)。啟動(dòng)前必(bì)須盤車,以防止突然啟動(dòng)而造成軟環碎(suì)裂.遠(yuǎn)東泵(bèng)業

  2.對于利用齒(chǐ)輪泵(bèng)外封(fēng)油(yóu)系(xì)統的機械密封(fēng),應先啟(qǐ)動封油(yóu)系統(tǒng)。停車後後(hòu)停止(zhǐ)封油(yóu)系統(tǒng)。kcb齒輪(lún)泵(bèng)

  3.泵(bèng)停運後不(bú)能馬上停(tíng)止(zhǐ)封油腔(qiāng)及端面密封的(de)冷卻(què)水,應待端(duān)面密封處油溫(wēn)降到(dào)80度(dù)以下時,才可以(yǐ)停止冷(lěng)卻水(shuǐ),以免損壞密(mì)封零件。

●kcb齒(chǐ)輪泵常見(jiàn)故障(zhàng)及(jí)解決(jué)方法

    目前(qián),kcb齒輪泵(bèng)(kcb不鏽(xiù)鋼齒(chǐ)輪泵(bèng))在自卸(xiè)汽(qì)車與工程機(jī)械操縱(zòng)機構中(zhōng)運用較(jiào)多,現将(jiāng)其(qí)常見(jiàn)故障及除(chú)方法介紹(shào)如(rú)下,供參(cān)考。   

  1、産生振(zhèn)動與噪聲的原(yuán)因

  

  (2)機械原(yuán)因

   ①泵(bèng)與聯(lián)軸器的連(lián)接因(yīn)不合規定要求而産生振(zhèn)動及噪聲。應按(àn)規定要求調整(zhěng)聯軸(zhóu)器(qì)。   

   ②因(yīn)油中污物進入(rù)泵(bèng)内導緻齒輪(lún)等部(bù)件磨(mó)損拉(lā)傷而産生(shēng)噪聲(shēng)。應更換油(yóu)液,加(jiā)強過(guò)濾,拆開泵(bèng)清洗(xǐ);對磨損嚴(yán)重的齒輪(lún),須修(xiū)理或更換(huàn)。   

   ③泵内零件損壞(huài)或磨損嚴(yán)重将(jiāng)産生振動與噪(zào)聲:如齒形(xíng)誤差(chà)或周節誤差大(dà),兩齒(chǐ)輪接(jiē)觸不良,齒面粗糙度高(gāo),公法(fǎ)線(xiàn)長度(dù)超差,齒側隙過(guò)小,兩齧(niè)合(hé)齒輪(lún)的接觸(chù)區不在分度圓位置等(děng)。此時,可(kě)更換齒(chǐ)輪或将(jiāng)齒(chǐ)輪(lún)對研。同時,軸承的(de)滾針保(bǎo)持(chí)架破損、長短軸軸頸(jǐng)及(jí)滾(gǔn)針磨損等(děng),均可導緻軸承(chéng)旋轉不暢(chàng)而産生機(jī)械噪聲,此(cǐ)時需(xū)拆修齒輪泵,更換滾針軸(zhóu)承。   

   ④kcb齒輪泵(bèng)(kcb不鏽鋼齒(chǐ)輪泵(bèng))齒輪軸向裝配(pèi)間隙(xì)過小;齒輪(lún)端面與前後端(duān)蓋之(zhī)間的(de)滑動接合(hé)面因齒輪(lún)在裝(zhuāng)配(pèi)前毛刺(cì)未能(néng)仔細清除(chú),從而(ér)運轉時拉(lā)傷接合面(miàn),使内洩漏(lòu)大,導(dǎo)緻輸(shū)出流量(liàng)減少;污(wū)物進(jìn)入泵内并(bìng)楔入齒(chǐ)輪(lún)端面(miàn)與前後端蓋之間的間隙内拉(lā)傷配(pèi)合面,導緻(zhì)高低壓腔因出(chū)現徑向拉傷的(de)溝槽而(ér)連(lián)通,使輸出流(liú)量減小(xiǎo)。對上述情(qíng)況應分别(bié)采用以下(xià)措施修複(fú)。拆解(jiě)齒輪泵,适當地(dì)加大軸向(xiàng)間隙(xì)即研(yán)磨齒輪的端面;用(yòng)平(píng)面磨(mó)床磨平前後蓋(gài)端面和齒輪端(duān)面,并清(qīng)除輪齒(chǐ)上的(de)毛刺(cì)(不能倒角(jiǎo));經平(píng)面磨(mó)削後(hòu)的前後端(duān)蓋其(qí)端面上卸(xiè)荷槽的(de)深(shēn)度尺(chǐ)寸會有變化,應(yīng)适當增加寬度(dù)。   

  (3)其(qí)他原因(yīn)   

   油(yóu)液的黏(nián)度高也會(huì)産生(shēng)噪聲,必(bì)須(xū)選用(yòng)黏度合适的油(yóu)液。   

  2、kcb齒輪泵(bèng)(kcb不鏽鋼齒輪(lún)泵(bèng))輸出流(liú)量(liàng)不足   

   ①油溫高将使其黏度(dù)下降(jiàng)、内洩(xiè)漏增加,使(shǐ)泵輸(shū)出流量減小。應(yīng)查明原因(yīn)采取措(cuò)施(shī);對于(yú)中高壓齒(chǐ)輪泵(bèng),須檢(jiǎn)查密(mì)封圈是否(fǒu)破損。   

   ②選用油(yóu)的黏度(dù)過高或過低,均(jun1)會造(zào)成(chéng)泵(bèng)的輸出流量減少,應(yīng)使用黏(nián)度合格(gé)的油品。   

   ③kcb齒(chǐ)輪泵(bèng)一(yī)般(bān)不可(kě)以反(fǎn)轉,如泵體裝反,将造成壓油腔(qiāng)與吸油腔局部(bù)短接,使其流量減(jiǎn)少甚至(zhì)吸不上油(yóu)來。此時,應(yīng)查泵的轉(zhuǎn)向。   

   ④發動機(jī)轉速(sù)不夠,造成(chéng)流量減小。應查明原(yuán)因并加以(yǐ)除。   

  3、旋(xuán)轉不(bú)暢   

   ①軸向間(jiān)隙或徑(jìng)向間隙(xì)太小(xiǎo)。重新加以(yǐ)調整修配(pèi)   

   ②泵内(nèi)有污物。解(jiě)體以清除(chú)異物(wù)。   

   ③裝配(pèi)有誤。齒輪泵兩銷孔的加(jiā)工(gōng)基準面(miàn)并非裝(zhuāng)配基準(zhǔn)面,如先将銷子(zǐ)打入,再擰緊螺釘,泵會(huì)轉不動(dòng)。正确(què)的方法是(shì),邊轉動(dòng)齒輪泵(bèng)邊擰(nǐng)緊(jǐn)螺釘(dìng),配(pèi)鑽銷(xiāo)孔并打入(rù)銷子(zǐ)。   

   ④泵與發動(dòng)機(jī)聯軸器的(de)同軸度(dù)差。同(tóng)軸度(dù)應保證在0.1mm以内。   

   ⑤泵内零件(jiàn)未(wèi)退(tuì)磁。裝配前所有(yǒu)零件均須退磁。   

   ⑥滾針套質量不(bú)合格或滾(gǔn)針斷裂。修理或(huò)更換(huàn)。   

   ⑦工作油輸(shū)出口被堵塞。清(qīng)除異(yì)物。   

  4、發(fā)熱

  ①造(zào)成齒(chǐ)輪泵旋(xuán)轉不暢(chàng)的各(gè)項原(yuán)因均(jun1)能導緻齒(chǐ)輪泵(bèng)發熱,除方(fāng)法亦可參照(zhào)其(qí)執行(háng)。   

   ②油液(yè)黏度(dù)過高或過低。重(zhòng)新(xīn)選油。   

   ③側(cè)闆、軸(zhóu)套與齒輪端面嚴(yán)重摩擦(cā)。修複或更換。   

   ④環(huán)境(jìng)溫度高,油(yóu)箱容積小,散(sàn)熱不良(liáng),都會使(shǐ)泵發熱。應分别處理。   

  5、kcb齒輪(lún)泵(kcb不(bú)鏽鋼齒輪(lún)泵)主要零(líng)件的(de)修複(fú)   

  (1)齒(chǐ)輪(lún)   

   ①齒形(xíng)修理(lǐ):用細(xì)砂布或油(yóu)石除去拉傷或已磨成多棱形(xíng)的部位,再将齒輪齧合(hé)面調換(huàn)方位并(bìng)适當地(dì)進行對研(yán),清洗(xǐ)幹淨;對用肉眼(yǎn)能觀察到(dào)的嚴(yán)重磨損件(jiàn),應予(yǔ)以更換。   

   ②端(duān)面修理:齒輪端(duān)面由于與軸承(chéng)座或前(qián)後(hòu)蓋相對轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)而(ér)磨損(sǔn),輕時會(huì)起(qǐ)線,可(kě)用研磨方法将(jiāng)起線(xiàn)毛刺痕迹(jì)研去并抛(pāo)光;磨(mó)損嚴重時(shí),應将(jiāng)齒輪放在平面(miàn)磨床上進行修(xiū)磨。應注意(yì):兩個(gè)齒輪必須同時(shí)放在平面(miàn)磨床上進行修磨,目的是(shì)為了保證兩個(gè)齒輪(lún)的厚(hòu)度差在5μm範圍内(nèi);同時(shí)必須保證端面(miàn)與孔的垂(chuí)直度(dù)及(jí)兩(liǎng)端面(miàn)的(de)平行(háng)度均在(zài)5μm範圍内,并用油(yóu)石将銳邊(biān)倒鈍(dùn),但切不可(kě)倒角(jiǎo),做到(dào)無毛(máo)刺、飛(fēi)邊即可。   

   ③當齒輪的齧合表(biǎo)面磨損(sǔn)時(shí),應用油石(shí)将磨損所(suǒ)産生的毛刺去(qù)掉;同(tóng)時(shí),調(diào)換齒(chǐ)輪的(de)齧合(hé)方位,使原來不齧合(hé)工作的齒(chǐ)形表(biǎo)面進行齧合工(gōng)作,這樣不僅能(néng)保證其原(yuán)有的(de)工作性(xìng)能,還能(néng)延長(zhǎng)齒(chǐ)輪的工(gōng)作壽(shòu)命。   

  (2)kcb齒輪泵(kcb不鏽鋼齒(chǐ)輪泵)泵體   

   泵體(tǐ)的磨(mó)損,主(zhǔ)要在内(nèi)腔(qiāng)與齒(chǐ)輪項(xiàng)圓相(xiàng)接觸(chù)的(de)那一(yī)面,且多(duō)發生在吸油側。如果(guǒ)泵體屬于(yú)對稱(chēng)型,可将泵(bèng)體翻轉180度(dù)後再(zài)用;如果泵體屬(shǔ)于非(fēi)對稱型,則(zé)需采用電(diàn)鍍青(qīng)銅合金(jīn)工藝或電刷(shuā)鍍的方法(fǎ)修複泵體内腔(qiāng)孔的磨損部位(wèi)。   

  (3)軸承(chéng)座圈   

   軸承座圈(quān)的磨損(sǔn)一(yī)般在(zài)與齒輪(lún)接觸的(de)那一端面和與滾針接觸的内(nèi)孔上。端面(miàn)磨損或拉(lā)毛起線時(shí),可(kě)将(jiāng)4個軸(zhóu)承座圈放在平面磨(mó)床上(shàng),以(yǐ)不(bú)與齒(chǐ)輪接觸(chù)的那一(yī)面為基準将拉(lā)毛端面磨平,其(qí)精度應保(bǎo)證在(zài)10μm範圍内。軸(zhóu)承座(zuò)圈一般(bān)磨損較小,若(ruò)磨(mó)損(sǔn)嚴重(zhòng),可研(yán)磨;或适當(dāng)地加(jiā)大孔徑(jìng)并(bìng)重新(xīn)選配(pèi)滾針(zhēn);或更(gèng)換軸承座圈。   

  (4)長、短軸   

   長、短軸的(de)失效,主要是在與滾(gǔn)針軸承相接觸處出(chū)現磨(mó)損。如果磨損輕(qīng)微,可(kě)采用抛光(guāng)修複(fú)(并更換新(xīn)的滾針軸(zhóu)承);如(rú)果磨(mó)損(sǔn)嚴重或折斷,則需(xū)用鍍(dù)鉻工(gōng)藝(yì)修複,或(huò)重新加工。重新加工(gōng)時,須滿足(zú)長、短軸(zhóu)上(shàng)的鍵(jiàn)槽對(duì)軸心(xīn)線的平行度和(hé)對稱(chēng)度的(de)要(yào)求;裝在(zài)軸上(shàng)的(de)平鍵與(yǔ)齒輪鍵槽的配(pèi)合間隙均不能過大;軸不得在(zài)齒輪内孔(kǒng)産生(shēng)徑向(xiàng)擺動;軸頸與安裝齒(chǐ)輪部(bù)分配合表面的(de)同軸(zhóu)度(dù)不(bú)得大(dà)于10μm,兩端(duān)軸頸的(de)同軸度不得超過20-30μm。

  kcb齒輪泵(bèng)作用是将機油提高(gāo)到一定壓(yā)力後,強制(zhì)地(dì)壓送到發(fā)動機各(gè)零件的運(yùn)動表(biǎo)面上(shàng)。其結構多(duō)采用齒輪式機(jī)油泵(bèng)。發動機工(gōng)作時,曲軸帶動主動齒輪傳動(dòng),被動齒輪(lún)作反方向旋轉。吸油(yóu)腔内的機油便沿着齒隙和泵(bèng)壁壓入(rù)出(chū)油腔。因吸油腔内的(de)機油被不(bú)斷帶走,故吸油腔内産生吸力(lì),不斷地将油底殼内(nèi)的機油(yóu)吸入吸(xī)油腔(qiāng),并(bìng)同時将(jiāng)一定(dìng)壓力(lì)的機(jī)油泵(bèng)入潤滑油(yóu)路。

   齒輪油(yóu)泵是(shì)借一對相互齧合的(de)齒輪(lún),将機械能轉(zhuǎn)換(huàn)為油(yóu)壓能的裝置。在空(kōng)壓機的(de)潤滑(huá)系統中被(bèi)廣泛采用。油泵(bèng)在運轉中(zhōng)的(de)故(gù)障通常是潤滑系統(tǒng)中油壓降(jiàng)低,甚(shèn)至有時打(dǎ)不上油。其(qí)原因(yīn)大體(tǐ)有:1)旋(xuán)轉(zhuǎn)方(fāng)向與(yǔ)規(guī)定(dìng)方向(xiàng)相反(fǎn);2)吸(xī)油管路不嚴(yán)密,單(dān)向閥卡住;3)油泵的泵(bèng)體與泵蓋(gài)之間(jiān)密封不(bú)良;4)油槽内油(yóu)量不足;5)油(yóu)泵零(líng)件嚴(yán)重磨(mó)損;6)吸油過(guò)濾網(wǎng)被堵塞。

實際工(gōng)作中應根(gēn)據具(jù)體情(qíng)況進(jìn)行不(bú)同處理。在(zài)檢修中應(yīng)特别(bié)注意吸油管道(dào)的密(mì)封,以(yǐ)及齒(chǐ)輪油泵(bèng)泵體與(yǔ)泵蓋(gài)之間的密封。吸入端如果(guǒ)密封(fēng)不良,則油(yóu)泵進口漏,造成(chéng)油泵(bèng)抽空(kōng),自然(rán)就要打不上油(yóu)。
