●3g三(sān)螺杆(gǎn)泵工(gōng)作原理(lǐ):

　　3g型(xíng)三螺杆泵(bèng)是(shì)轉(zhuǎn)子型(xíng)容積泵，适(shì)于輸(shū)送各種不含固體顆粒，無(wú)腐蝕性油類及(jí)類似(sì)油(yóu)的潤滑(huá)性液(yè)體、輸(shū)送液(yè)體粘(zhān)度2~760mm2/s，溫度不(bú)超過(guò)80℃,超過80℃可用(yòng)高溫泵3gw型。3 g type is three screw pump rotor type positive displacement pump, is suitable for conveying various not containing solid particles, non-corrosive oil lubricity and similar oil liquid, conveying liquid viscosity was 2 to 760 / s, temperature not over 80℃, more than 80℃high temperature pump available 3 gw type.

   3g型三螺杆(gǎn)具有(yǒu)多種結(jié)構，一般(bān)小流(liú)量(liàng)泵(bèng)襯套和泵(bèng)體合(hé)為一(yī)個，可以(yǐ)卧式和(hé)立式安裝。進油口方(fāng)向可(kě)相隔(gé)90°任意安(ān)裝，軸封(fēng)多數(shù)為(wéi)機構密(mì)封。中等(děng)流量以(yǐ)上泵(bèng)，襯套(tào)為一個單(dān)獨的零件(jiàn)固定于(yú)泵體内，螺杆(gǎn)軸端裝有(yǒu)平衡(héng)環以液力(lì)平衡其軸向力(lì)。一般結構為卧(wò)式。進(jìn)油(yóu)口方向(xiàng)亦可以相(xiàng)隔90°任(rèn)意安裝。改(gǎi)變泵(bèng)體後可制成立式。軸封(fēng)根據情(qíng)況有(yǒu)機械密封(fēng)和軟(ruǎn)填料密封(fēng)兩(liǎng)種結(jié)構。

   3g型三螺杆泵軸(zhóu)伸支承較(jiào)小，應(yīng)由原動機經彈(dàn)性聯軸器直接(jiē)驅動(dòng)，不得用皮(pí)帶輪(lún)等會(huì)産生(shēng)額外徑向力較(jiào)大的傳(chuán)動方式(shì)傳動(dòng)。3 g type three-screw pump shaft and bearing is small, should be driven by a prime mover directly by the elastic coupling, shall not be used pulley will produce additional radial force large transmission way.

●3g三螺(luó)杆泵輸送各種油類(lèi)時應注意(yì)事項(xiàng)：when conveying various oil matters should be paid attention to:

   1、輸送(sòng)40~150mm2/s的油類(lèi)最合适(shì)，允許按泵的最高工作壓力使(shǐ)用。2、輸(shū)送(sòng)40mm2/s以下(xià)的油類，為保(bǎo)證泵(bèng)的流量(liàng)及壽命應降壓使(shǐ)用。3、輸(shū)送150mm2/s以上的油類，且進油管道過(guò)長，彎頭過(guò)多，泵工作時(shí)如産生(shēng)噪音或(huò)振(zhèn)動現(xiàn)象，則(zé)應考慮更(gèng)換低一級(jí)轉速(sù)的電機運轉或(huò)縮短吸入管道(dào)，減少彎頭。

 ●3g型三螺杆泵安(ān)裝要求:3 g type three-screw pump installation requirements:
