●3g三(sān)螺杆(gǎn)泵工作原(yuán)理:

　　3g型三螺(luó)杆泵是(shì)轉(zhuǎn)子型(xíng)容積(jī)泵，适于輸(shū)送各種不含固(gù)體顆(kē)粒，無腐蝕(shí)性油(yóu)類及(jí)類似(sì)油的潤(rùn)滑性液(yè)體、輸(shū)送(sòng)液(yè)體粘(zhān)度2~760mm2/s，溫(wēn)度(dù)不超過(guò)80℃,超過80℃可用(yòng)高溫(wēn)泵3gw型。3 g type is three screw pump rotor type positive displacement pump, is suitable for conveying various not containing solid particles, non-corrosive oil lubricity and similar oil liquid, conveying liquid viscosity was 2 to 760 / s, temperature not over 80℃, more than 80℃high temperature pump available 3 gw type.

   3g型三(sān)螺杆(gǎn)具有多種(zhǒng)結構，一般小流量泵(bèng)襯套(tào)和泵(bèng)體合為一(yī)個，可以卧(wò)式和立式(shì)安裝。進油口方向可相隔(gé)90°任意(yì)安(ān)裝(zhuāng)，軸封多數(shù)為機(jī)構密(mì)封。中(zhōng)等流量(liàng)以上泵(bèng)，襯套為(wéi)一個單(dān)獨的零件(jiàn)固定(dìng)于泵(bèng)體内(nèi)，螺杆軸端(duān)裝有(yǒu)平衡環以(yǐ)液力(lì)平衡(héng)其軸向(xiàng)力。一般(bān)結構為卧式。進(jìn)油口(kǒu)方(fāng)向亦可(kě)以相隔90°任(rèn)意(yì)安(ān)裝。改(gǎi)變(biàn)泵(bèng)體後可制(zhì)成立式。軸封根據情況有(yǒu)機械密封(fēng)和軟(ruǎn)填料密封兩種(zhǒng)結構。

●3g三(sān)螺杆泵(bèng)輸送各種(zhǒng)油類時應注意事項(xiàng)：when conveying various oil matters should be paid attention to:

   1、輸送(sòng)40~150mm2/s的油(yóu)類最合适，允許(xǔ)按泵的最(zuì)高工(gōng)作壓力使(shǐ)用。2、輸(shū)送40mm2/s以下(xià)的(de)油類，為保證泵的流(liú)量(liàng)及壽命(mìng)應降(jiàng)壓使用。3、輸送150mm2/s以上的油(yóu)類，且進油管(guǎn)道過長，彎(wān)頭過(guò)多，泵工作(zuò)時如産生噪音(yīn)或振動現象，則應考(kǎo)慮(lǜ)更(gèng)換低一級轉(zhuǎn)速(sù)的電(diàn)機運(yùn)轉或縮短(duǎn)吸入管道，減少(shǎo)彎頭。

 ●3g型三(sān)螺杆泵安(ān)裝要求:3 g type three-screw pump installation requirements:
