●3g三螺杆(gǎn)泵工作原理:

　　3g型三螺(luó)杆(gǎn)泵(bèng)是轉子(zǐ)型(xíng)容積泵，适于輸送各(gè)種不含固體顆(kē)粒，無腐(fǔ)蝕性油(yóu)類及類(lèi)似(sì)油(yóu)的(de)潤滑(huá)性液體、輸(shū)送液體粘度2~760mm2/s，溫度不(bú)超(chāo)過80℃,超過80℃可用(yòng)高溫泵3gw型。3 g type is three screw pump rotor type positive displacement pump, is suitable for conveying various not containing solid particles, non-corrosive oil lubricity and similar oil liquid, conveying liquid viscosity was 2 to 760 / s, temperature not over 80℃, more than 80℃high temperature pump available 3 gw type.

   3g型三螺(luó)杆具有(yǒu)多種結構，一般(bān)小(xiǎo)流(liú)量泵(bèng)襯套(tào)和泵體合為(wéi)一個，可以卧(wò)式和立式安裝(zhuāng)。進油(yóu)口方向可(kě)相隔90°任意安裝，軸封多數為機(jī)構密封。中(zhōng)等流(liú)量以上泵(bèng)，襯(chèn)套(tào)為一個單(dān)獨的(de)零件固定于泵(bèng)體内，螺杆軸端(duān)裝有平衡環以(yǐ)液力平衡其軸向力。一般結構(gòu)為卧式(shì)。進(jìn)油口(kǒu)方向(xiàng)亦可以相(xiàng)隔90°任意(yì)安(ān)裝。改(gǎi)變泵(bèng)體後可(kě)制(zhì)成立式。軸(zhóu)封根(gēn)據情況有機械(xiè)密封(fēng)和軟填料密(mì)封兩種結構(gòu)。

   3g型三螺杆泵軸(zhóu)伸支(zhī)承較小，應由原動機經彈性聯(lián)軸器(qì)直接驅動(dòng)，不得(dé)用皮帶(dài)輪等會産生額外(wài)徑向力較大的傳動方式傳動(dòng)。3 g type three-screw pump shaft and bearing is small, should be driven by a prime mover directly by the elastic coupling, shall not be used pulley will produce additional radial force large transmission way.

●3g三螺(luó)杆泵輸送(sòng)各種(zhǒng)油類(lèi)時應(yīng)注意事項：when conveying various oil matters should be paid attention to:

   1、輸送(sòng)40~150mm2/s的油類最(zuì)合适(shì)，允(yǔn)許按泵(bèng)的最高工作壓(yā)力使用。2、輸送40mm2/s以(yǐ)下的油(yóu)類(lèi)，為保(bǎo)證泵的流量及(jí)壽命(mìng)應降壓使(shǐ)用。3、輸(shū)送150mm2/s以(yǐ)上的(de)油類(lèi)，且進油管(guǎn)道過長，彎(wān)頭過多，泵(bèng)工(gōng)作時如(rú)産生噪(zào)音(yīn)或振(zhèn)動現(xiàn)象，則應考(kǎo)慮更(gèng)換低一級(jí)轉速的電機運轉或縮短吸入(rù)管道，減少(shǎo)彎頭(tóu)。

 ●3g型三(sān)螺杆(gǎn)泵安裝要(yào)求:3 g type three-screw pump installation requirements:

   1、安裝前(qián)應檢(jiǎn)查泵(bèng)的油(yóu)封是否良好，并檢查(chá)泵在(zài)運輸中是(shì)否損(sǔn)壞，可用手(shǒu)轉動聯軸器是(shì)否有(yǒu)卡勁現象(xiàng)，如有(yǒu)則應拆泵(bèng)進(jìn)行清洗，修理(lǐ)和校正。1, before installation should check whether the oil seal of the pump is good, and check the pump is damaged in transportation, turn the coupling usable hand card trouble phenomenon, if there is any should tear open pump for cleaning, repair and calibration.2、安(ān)裝泵(bèng)的進(jìn)油和(hé)排油(yóu)管道時(shí)，其(qí)管徑(jìng)不得(dé)小于(yú)泵的(de)進油(yóu)和出油口(kǒu)口徑，進油管(guǎn)道(dào)不得過長，彎頭不得(dé)過(guò)多，否則(zé)将影響泵的工作狀态。2, installation of pump suction and discharge of oil pipe, the pipe diameter shall not be less than the oil inlet of the pump and the oil outlet diameter, inlet pipe shall not be too long, elbow shall not too much, otherwise will affect the pump working condition.3、當(dāng)有兩(liǎng)台以上的(de)泵安裝在同一條主(zhǔ)管線上，為(wéi)便于泵的(de)啟動，在近(jìn)泵的排油(yóu)管上(shàng)必須安裝逆止(zhǐ)閥。3, when more than two head of pump installed in the e line, to facilitate pump start-up, in close to the oil drain pump must be installed on a non-return valve.4、對于在(zài)較高溫度（指(zhǐ)60℃以上）下(xià)輸送粘度(dù)大的(de)油類（如：重(zhòng)油）的(de)備用泵，必須是(shì)熱備(bèi)用泵，否則(zé)泵在低溫(wēn)下啟動會造成(chéng)電機(jī)過載或(huò)泵(bèng)損壞(huài)。（建議在靠近(jìn)泵(bèng)的排油管(guǎn)上的逆止(zhǐ)閥(fá)旁，并聯(lián)安裝一個(gè)小回(huí)流閥，對備用泵(bèng)可微啟回(huí)流閥(fá)，使泵緩慢逆轉，其逆轉速(sù)≤100轉/分，使部分熱油經(jīng)常(cháng)流過泵内，達(dá)到泵熱(rè)備(bèi)用(yòng)目(mù)的）。4, for under high temperature (above 60℃) conveying the viscosity of oil (such as: heavy oil) of the standby pump, it must be hot standby pump, otherwise the pump at low temperature can cause the damage of motor overload or pump.(suggest near the exhaust non-return valve on the tubing pump, a small return valve installed in parallel, differentiable and the backflow preventer to standby pump, the pump slow reversal, the reverse speed 100 r/min or less, often make some hot oil flows through the pump, to pump hot standby purposes).5、輸送(sòng)介(jiè)質内含有機械雜質(zhì)。将嚴重影(yǐng)響泵(bèng)的運轉和(hé)降低(dī)使用壽命(mìng)，因此(cǐ)在泵安裝(zhuāng)前，必須仔細(xì)清除進油管(guǎn)内的焊渣(zhā)，沙粒等雜(zá)質，并(bìng)應在進油(yóu)管道(dào)靠近泵處(chù)安裝(zhuāng)濾器(qì)，濾(lǜ)器網孔(kǒng)大小(xiǎo)，可根據工作(zuò)情況及介質(zhì)粘度确(què)定。（一般(bān)可用40~80目網(wǎng)），過濾(lǜ)面積一般不得小于(yú)進油管橫(héng)截(jié)面積的20倍。5, mechanical impurity is contained within the transmission medium.will seriously affect the operation and reduce the service life of pump, so before the pump installation, must be carefully clean up the feed tube welding slag, impurities such as grains of sand, and shall be installed in the inlet pipe near the pump filter, filter mesh size, is decided according to the working condition and medium viscosity.available (40 ~ 80 mesh net), filter area generally shall not be less than 20 times into the cross-sectional area of the tubing 6、盡(jìn)量在(zài)泵(bèng)進油和排油口處的螺紋孔(kǒng)上連接壓(yā)力表和真空表，以便(biàn)于觀察泵(bèng)的運轉(zhuǎn)狀(zhuàng)态。6, as far as possible in the pump suction and discharge of oil on the threaded hole mouth connect pressure gauge and vacuum gauge, in order to observe the pump running state.7、原(yuán)動機與泵的轉(zhuǎn)軸必(bì)須在同一(yī)中心(xīn)線上，可用(yòng)直(zhí)尺測(cè)隙規在聯軸(zhóu)器圓(yuán)周(zhōu)上(shàng)間隔90°處(chù)檢(jiǎn)查。8、原(yuán)動機與(yǔ)泵的轉(zhuǎn)向必須一(yī)緻，嚴(yán)格禁(jìn)止原動機(jī)驅動(dòng)泵逆(nì)轉。電機接線時(shí)，應先(xiān)脫開電(diàn)機與泵的聯(lián)軸(zhóu)器(qì)，對電機作試運(yùn)轉。使其轉(zhuǎn)向與泵的(de)轉向标志(zhì)一緻(zhì)。7, prime mover and the pump shaft must be in the e center line, available ruler feeler gauge in the coupling of the circumference of a circle by 90°in check.8, steering engine and pump must be consistent, strictly prohibited prime motor driven pump reversal.electrical wiring, should first release coupling of motor and pump, a test run on the motor.the steering pump and steering sign agreement
